Avoid this place. I purchased a Groupon to get an oil change for my Camry due to there being a HUGE (alleged) discount. When I arrived, they claimed that they only have fully synthetic oil (the most expensive) in stock for my very common vehicle and never semi (the most affordable). I had to end up purchasing a NEW Groupon for the most expensive service and on top of that, they charged me an extra $9.41 for “taxes and fees”.
I contacted Groupon and they confirmed that businesses are NOT allowed to charge any amount of taxes or fees outside of Groupon for the services purchased via their Groupon website. Companies are required to raise their prices on Groupon and NOT unexpectedly charge customers under the table.
The guys that work there are very sweet and that’s what distracts you from the fact that the company itself has sketchy policies that take advantage of “gullible” customers.
There are days where you don’t want to cross me or rub me wrong. Today was one of those days. I do not put up with businesses that take advantage of their customers.
The only reason I ended up getting serviced there was because I was in a hurry and needed the oil change to be completed immediately as I was about to go on a long drive.
If you’re on a budget, avoid this place like the plague no matter how good the deal on Groupon. It will end up being the same price (or MORE) than you going to a more reputable and professional company.

The staff was extremely friendly and they were able to service our vehicle even though we arrived around 5:20pm. The techs also provided helpful info regarding the vehicle needs. ☺️ would definitely recommend!

Went in for a oil change I purchased on Groupon my car was running good idk what oil they put in when I checked my dip stick oil came out dark brown I been trying to get a hold of them to see what's up but number goes to voicemail I am not from here and need to get this checked out asap so I can drive back home thank you

I got my oil changed using a Groupon about an hour ago. The package included the regular oil change stuff plus a "22 point inspection." My low tire light came on a few days before this, but the description included airing up the tires. I just checked my tire pressure because the light never went off. It should 33, but it's between 25-29 on all 4 tires.
I actually asked the tech "did you guys check my tire pressure?" I was told yes. As this is obviously untrue, now I have to wonder, did I get a new filter? Did I get fully synthetic oil? Was anything done at all or was my hood popped and noise made?
A coupon entices a customer to try your service seeking a positive experience that promotes returning to pay full price, not reduced service because it's a coupon. When it cools down, I'm checking everything else, but this one little lie will keep me from going back.
