Very clean, efficient and Patricia made me feel comfortable and explained their drug testing procedure clearly. You DO have to know that they stop employment drug testing by 3:15pm.

Very rude and very unprofessional, if you don't like your job you should find a new 1. I can't stand disrespect, I sure did report the office today. Someone came from the back to apologize, SMH. Will not receive my business again

I visited Labcorp for my lab work on Saturday morning, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The check-in process was simple, and Jose was quick to get me back after check-in. He drew my blood and was not only kind and efficient but also had a great sense of humor, which made the process much more enjoyable. I really appreciate his professionalism and the care he took during the procedure. He truly made what could have been a stressful visit feel pleasant and smooth. Jose is a true asset to Labcorp, and I’ll definitely return whenever I need lab work done in the future!

Made an appointment. Checked in on-line. Checked on the I'm here link when I got there and stood outside the door until I got a text saying a technician would call me shortly and went inside (the text came 6 minutes after the appointment time so I thought, "not too bad"). 30 minutes later they called me back. Not happy but it needed to get done. The technician said, "I was about to mark you out". I asked why and she said I called your name three times. I said, no, you did not. She said if I wanted her to help me (ie., do her job) I had to quiet down and sit down. I said I followed instructions and offered to show her the text chain. She said I had to sit down and quiet down or she wouldnt help me. I've invested 40 or so minutes by then and really need to get the blood work done for my doctor visit so I bit my lip and sat down. I'll never go back. As a bonus the thermostat on the wall said it was 78 degrees in the cubby where I was and the entire facility looked old and unkempt.

Go all the way up to the building and the door was locked 10 minutes before close time! It’s already hard enough to walk up there and then them close early is ridiculous

Claustrophobic waiting room with no check-in desk, just a tablet. So you sit and wait in this gross room with no circulation, not even knowing where you're at or how long it will be. When I finally did talk to someone, they were rude and made things up.

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to. Customer service is awful. They treat people poorly. No one wants to help you at the front desk. They are rude. They disappeared to the back. When they do come up they check on their phones that they have charging. They tell everyone coming in to wait but don’t help anyone and when they speak to you they speak down to you like they are bothering you. Elderly people come in and need help navigating the computers and they don’t help them. Corporate office needs to come in and really check in on this office . If I could give a zero I would. They don’t even address you by your name when they call you back they just signal you with your hand.

It’s disrespectful to prompt customers to enter a preferred name when checking in, only to have your collectors not use it and appear annoyed that it’s being mentioned. Jose O. specifically could use a reminder and additional training. Hope that helps.

My wife, Donna Cantu had to get lab work. She was called back almost immediately by Jose. He was great, did the job with care and very funny. He is an asset to your company/location.
There are horrific reviews that really need to be handled. They have mentioned names as well. They need training. The rudeness that everyone has been talking about needs to be handled and they need to be re-trained or find a different career. I have experienced that in the past even though this visit was better. PLEASE quick responding with the same robotic response. Respond each one individually. Apparently, when the ALL the responses say the same thing, nothing has been done in the 2 years of these reviews. This place can do better and get better review ratings if you would handle it properly. JOSE is the best there!

The male phlebotomist who was there today 6/26/24 was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with how professional he is. Probably the best phlebotomist that works there!

Very unprofessional, missed a half day of work for routine blood work. Never got seen. Hopefully there is a better labcorp in my area.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing time which may explain the issues that made me uncomfortable. (1)The nurse (?) who first attended me asked me to go back to the lobby to wait because my urine specimen was not enough. Apparently, first nurse forgot I was waiting. When a second nurse came out to the lobby, to disinfect the seats before closing, she asked why I was waiting. After my explanation, she looked at the container with my urine & said oh that's enough to test it. So she did & that was that. She was efficient.
(2) Is it enough to just use disinfectant spray on all the seats & the registration screens in one full sweep? No washing first? Also the slot to place our id or insurance cards looked like they seldom get clean & were not sprayed.
With Covid still around I felt uncomfortable in those circumstances.
Thank you for allowing "patients" to voice good/bad experiences.
