Stacy is rude and curt on the phone. Front desk is snarky too (maybe that's Stacy...idk) Facility is dirty looking. I won't be back.

I was so impressed with this business. I had to do a three hour glucose tolerance test at this location and the staff was soooo nice to me. They frequently checked on me and made small talk with me while I was there. I thought maybe they were just being friendly to me because they felt bad for me being stuck there so long but they greeted every person who came in with a friendly face and no one had to wait long at all. There was a student working there and they were so kind to her as well which also speaks volumes. The chairs were comfortable and the facility was very clean.

I was wondering if some staff here were trained about customer services after they were employed. I talked with the most rudest, disrespectful, arrogant and nonchalant staff last Saturday around 9.57 am. My provider referred me to the LabCorp on 6210 John Ryan Dr, which was in the middle of no where. I was going round in a circle, calling their number more than 15 times, and went in the CVS and Starbucks to ask about locating the lab to no avail. This took me more than an hour with fruitless efforts. That was when l goggled this location to call if they could direct me; incidentally the lady l spoke with ruined everything and got me frustrated the more. I told her the address didn’t correspond to the location and explaining what I went through in locating the lab until a Starbucks staff told me they used to be close to them but they move and didn’t know where to. All this lady could say was “I do not know anything about the address, it’s not my business.” I was shocked to hear that statement like you’re a representative of LabCorp and needs to represent your organization well regardless if it’s your location or not. I told her that why would you say that? You work with this company and l was just sharing my experience with you which can be shared with your superior officer in case this has been for other people and to get more direct location for 6210 branch. I was still talking and she banged the phone on me. Incidentally l don’t know her name, l would’ve recommended the management to send her for behavioral training. She has bad attitude and lacks courtesy. It was a bad experience with this lab and I’m reaching out to my provider to refer me to more responsible lab.

I came in 5 minutes early and tried to checked in using the barcode that was emailed to me.The kiosk said something went wrong and to see the front desk. The representative, Morina, said they could not find an order for me. I showed them I had a confirmation email for the appointment at this time and at this location. She looked up my name and date of birth and said they couldnt find me in the system.Mind you I followed my employers instructions, scheduled and appointment, got a confirmation email, fasted the past 12 hours, and woke up and drove early saturday morning for this bloodwork.Determined not to take her simple 'we cant find you' for an answer, I called my insurance company and they confirmed my appointment had an order. I logged into my company website search for the order for them. I downloaded the actual order PDF and scanned it in the kiosk. I even spoke to the MDLive on call nurse that confirmed I had an order for any and all Labcorps.The representative, Morina seamed to ignore me for 5 minutes. I kept returning to the desk to verify w/her that they found me. I literally had to write down the order and give it to the representative, Morina.This is a simple wellness appointment lab work. I asked the representative, Morina, why it wasnt showing my appointment/order, when I originally checked in and why I had to go through all of this just to show I had a legitimate appointment . She simply shrugged her shoulders.That is completely unacceptable. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or even explain the reason for it. I am beyond disappointed. I had to advocate for myself for over an hour to get simple bloodwork and biometrics done. Ridiculous. Please re-train your front staff so they are knowledgeable and decent people.

My daughter had her first blood draw experience... Stacey was just awesome and helped make it easy and painless. Very pleased with the environment and the staff. Will definitely be choosing them over the guys across the street....

The lab techs are sandbagging. They escort one person to the door then instead of bringing the next person back, they sit around and BS for 5-10 minutes before bringing the next person back. So what should be a quick 5 minute in and out will take 45 minutes. Watch them. Then go somewhere else where your time is respected.

I want to make sure this is for the right ladies. I came on 10/1/22. Check in was very easy. The lady at the front was fast, efficient and very sweet. I believe she was a Hispanic lady. And then my phlebotomist who was a black lady was amazing! She got me on the first stick and she was so pleasant to talk to. I’m definitely coming back here for my lab work. You have great people working here!
