Stopped in today to look for bras but wound up walking right out. I will not shop where I am not even acknowledged -- especially when everyone people that walked in after were greeted. No worries, Torrid was having a sale on bras anyway.

I give this place zero stars! Completely rude, heartless, mean and horrible people. I did nothing to these people and all I ever got was rudeness, stares when I walked in, whispering about me to each other and the manager thinking she's wonderful and God's gift to this earth to others when in reality she is a cold hearted, mean and hateful human being especially towards me! I also have had the rudeness and runaround with corporate with no refund! Do not shop at this store! Not only that she recommended I never shop at lane bryant again

The lady at the check out was awesome! The manager acted like we needed to get the hell out and we’re getting on her nevers to the point that she would not acknowledge our presence. Sorry I shopped their and inconvenienced you. I will take my business else where.
