I went to Walmart, Racetrack and legend Bank to get cash for my daughters friend who just lost her house to fire on December 21, 2022.At first, at Legend Bank I couldn’t get my USAA DEBIT CARD TO WORK!I then went inside and Erica Flores took me out to the ATM AND HELPED ME complete the procedure.She is my Christmas Angel, God surely sent her to me!! I was very emotional, but she was calm. She is a wonderful employee and deserves recognition!!

This is quite possibly the worst bank I've ever known in my life. Been with this bank for over 10 years have two accounts in there every time I deposit a check into the bank they have to verify it if they can't verify it with the other bank even having the account for 10 years they almost refused to deposit the check I just put a check in one day before Christmas that I had to wait from a company for and they're refusing to put the check in my account until it's on hold for 7 days completely ruining Christmas in the new year. This is like the fifth time I've had to go through this with this bank and I use the word bank lightly. Last week we deposited cash into two accounts I need to have the lady mix up the accounts I put the wrong amount in each account therefore place in one account in the red. They act like they do and you a favor but in actuality what they're really doing is protecting their own a*** Do yourself a favor and stay away from this joke of a bank.

I just opened a new account with Legend Bank and couldn't be happier with the level of service that they have provided me. I was a little apprehensive about opening an account with a smaller bank but, the lady that opened my account put me at total ease.

I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Staff is friendly and very professional. They have always taken care of my little family. I know my money is protected here and if someone gets a hold of our account they freeze it and call us to make sure it is us making a purchase. Big chain banks can't do that!

Do yourself a favor and don't bank here. Once again my card was compromised and I needed to go into the lobby to get another. They close at 4 then it's drive thru only. I was assured it would be a fast process. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting here. If they had normal hours I could come after work. But no. I had to come on my lunch. The guy ended up canceling my card then tells me he can't print a new one and he can mail me one. Nice. Now I can't pay for things or get cash other than when this place is open. The next interaction I'll be having with them is when I close my account.

DISGRACEFUL! I only chose one star in order to be able to write a review comment on this minimalist bank. So-called Bank. Lmao. Racist Bank perhaps would be a better understood phrase & word in order to describe it. I've lived in this area for approximately 20 years now & this minut place is a thing that came about few years back now, not very long. Very low clientele, bad customer service I've been informed & by reviews, time again, uterly prejudice to say the least. To my astonishment, driving down the street I see they decided to put all these flags in front of their establishment. Mostly for attention. Thirsty negative attention, that is. Not the attention that they hope for will be accomplished. That they will soon learn to comprehend. Utter fools. We looked at what was in front of us taking up most of the space in the parking lot all these flags. Understand now, that most of the workers have little education, or just plain no good intelligence & most likely don't even know what they all mean or represent but they had their Confederate flag stand out, foremost. I'm a proud patriotic diversed (with most nationalities in my blood) American, & this area is now, also too diverse for nonsense. Even.if it weren't, this hatred has to end. They must of drove to get the other flag from six flags. Six flags even got some type of sense to remove discrimination. Clowns. That's the devil at work. The Lord Jesus, & HIS Father GOD and their good deeds & believers will always prevail. Glory to God. I saw nothing to represent peace & humanity. Nothing, unfortunately. Just a coverup of what they are. And NO one at legend bank cares in any aspect. To be so blatantly ugly, bad attitudes, ridiculous, prejudice, discriminating, & hateful in your work ethics, lack of assistance and poor service to the community and everything else demoralizing overall is absurd and atrocious. What I've learned in this life, most ill-gotten so called "legends" dissolve without recollection or resurrection unless it stood for any good for ALL mankind. Keyword, ALL. My husband and I have a personnel account and business account here. We have banked here 9 almost 10 years. Great staff and very friendly. They go above and beyond when we need something. It's nice that they take time to know us and have from the beginning.

I've used this bank & branch for years and I can say they offer exceptional service. I lost my debit/credit card once. With proper ID they issued me a new card on the spot! I didn't get a temporary card, or have to wait 7-10 days like other big banks often make you do. That's what sold me and got my business. I just wish they would offer higher interest rates on reward checking....granted the rate is x15 better than any of the big banks. I guess I'm just greedy.

BEWARE OF THIS BANK. Our loan was up for renewal and it took them 2 months to review the documents and draft up a new loan. In the meantime they didn't let us know that the 7% loan rate we were paying actually was accruing interest at 12% as they reviewed the loan renewal. We ended up on paying several thousand dollars more in interest to pay off the account because they were dragging their feet and didn't let us know the rate changed until we decided to pay off the loan. We are happy to be done doing business with this bank and staff.

Only bank to offer more than 0.01% interest on checking. Currently 1.5% Staff is very friendly and quick to help and the benefits and apps are great. I currently recommend everyone to move to them.

I use this bank for commercial pourpous only. Okay bank but most the time I sit in the drive thru lane for 5 min before anyone notices me. Friendly staff, but should pay a little bit more attention.
