Another great visit at this location. My eye exam went great with more eye health information needed. Met the new store manager that was also a wonderful great help. She helped me out with my glasses and lenses and help save me money. That was another great visit at this location. Thank you Melanie

Good afternoon!
I stopped in at your Store this afternoon to try out the Nuance audio frames. Melanie was so helpful in explaining the different settings, applications and options. She was very personable and a pleasure to work with. After trying several pairs, I decided to purchase a black pair. Compared to my existing frames, these seemed more durable and fit my face well. The hearing enhancement feature was important in my selection, and Melanie was very knowledgeable of the product.
I also worked with Brian regarding the actual fitting process. He was very knowledgeable about the progressive lenses I chose and seemed very detail oriented.
I would highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone in the market for eyewear. They’re the best!

I saw Dr. Le (next door) & the Lenscrafters staff - Melanie & Brian at your Ridgemar Mall/Green Oaks Ft Worth location. 1st time seeing Dr. Le (for long overdue eye exam) & altogether first-timer to Lenscrafters.
Dr. Le provided me the most thorough eye exam I can remember having & his demeanor is kind, likeable & professional.
Melanie & Brian both assisted me, as I was looking at several pairs of glasses to try on. It turned out to be a busy day in the store & each gave me their undivided attention...never having to wait once while one of them walked away to help other customers.
Spent most time with Melanie, who was OUTSTANDING, suggesting other frames at lesser price points(!) that fit my face better than those I'd originally picked out myself. She was also keen at showing me the same frame(s) in different colors/designs...again, my choosing another design/hue more suited for me because of her energetic suggestions. And she saved me $$.
Experience? A+++++++

Fantastic experience at the Ridgmar Mall location. Excellent customer service. Wide selection of frames and lenses. Knowledgeable staff that can properly fit glasses.

Selecting glasses worn every day is a big decision. Betty at the Ridgmar location took the time to help me select the perfect ones in shape, color and size. She answered all of my questions and explained the options. I highly recommend this location.

Betty is attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. She took the time to work out every detail with my new eyeglasses and sunglasses. Including noticing that I had been given an older prescription to bring over to LensCrafters by mistake! Saving my eyesight health for sure! I feel so grateful to Betty! Very great service!!!

Beware of this place selling you high- index lenses & putting you in polycarbonate lenses. Took my new glasses to my Dr & he said these are not high- index. Got a refund.
