We were served here yesterday by Khaila, who did an amazing job adjusting my husband’s glasses and recommending the right options for my new glasses. She was very patient and calm with us, and despite the place being very busy, she didn’t rush us or lost her calm demeanor. This store has a good variety of frames, which is why I was able to find the right ones for me fairly quickly. I love LensCrafters for their fantastic service, which is why I’ve been a customer since 2018. Yesterday was the first time for me at this location, and once again, LensCrafters didn’t disappoint.

The process of getting my glasses, from choosing the frames to completing the order, was very efficient. I usually have a hard time choosing the right frames, but with Stacy's expertise and willingness to assist me, I was able to choose one in very little time! While processing my order, she effectively explained all the available options. When I pointed out that the price on the invoice for the frames was higher than what was on the tag, she quickly apologized and ensured that the discount was applied! Thank you for providing top-notch service!

Amazing customer service. Stacy is absolutely phenomenal. She explains the product very thoroughly and is very knowledgeable about how certain add ons will affect how you see. LensCrafters has gained a permanent customer thanks to her hard work and excellent customer service.

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Annalisa, the sales associate at this LensCrafters location on 4800 South Huelen ST, in DFW #2076.
I stopped in while visiting family, it's been over 15 years since my last visit to a LensCrafters, and my current lenses were scratched, so I figured it was time for me to change them.
Annalisa greeted me warmly and immediately listened to my concerns. She was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand what I needed and walking me through the best options. She even educated me on how to shop for frames online in the future, including how to read the numbers on the frames and what they mean.
Thanks to her excellent service, I walked out on 7/12/25 with two new pairs of glasses. She’s a true asset to the team, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. LensCrafters is lucky to have her!

When I got my glasses i immediately noticed I had blurred vision on one eye, I brought it up they said give it a week. Brought them back told them I still couldn’t see well through one lens. They remade the lens, I waited over a week and received them, and still I couldn’t see through the same lens, They told me I needed to get another exam. Long story short they typed my prescription wrong in the system and they had to get them remade again, here I am almost close to another 2 weeks and I still have no glasses. Spent over $1,100 and this is what I get. SMH

Amazing Anna is the absolute best. The whole store is friendly and helpful but she stands out with A-1 service. I highly recommend The Hulen Mall store to anyone looking for the latest and greatest in eyewear.
