Both Jocelyn and Lauren were super helpful in finding the fit my fiance and I wanted! We were there quite a while and they helped us find jeans in multiple styles and washes to find exactly what we wanted.

This was my first visit to the University Park Levi’s store. I came in with a specific style in mind, but it wasn’t in stock. Jocelyn went above and beyond—walking me through alternative fits and washes, and helping me find the perfect pair. I left with something even better than I expected. Great service!

I just had one of the best in-store shopping experiences I’ve had in ages, all thanks to Lauren. With everything going on in my life, it’s been well over a year since I’ve had time to actually browse in person, and this was my first time at this location — but Lauren made it such a warm, easy, and enjoyable visit.
She was incredibly kind and patient, even when I was a bit rambly (it’s been a week, let’s just say that). She walked me through different washes and styles without any pressure, gave me honest feedback that felt super supportive, and really helped me feel confident about what I ended up choosing — shout out to the Ribcage Straight Ankle jeans, which I’m obsessed with now thanks to her!
It’s rare to feel that taken care of while shopping, but Lauren made it feel personal, welcoming, and even fun. She’s a total gem — Levi’s is lucky to have her.

Amazing customer service! The store manager and her team were so patient and kind to my 3 kids and I that came in 20 minutes before closing. We were able to find our new favorite pair of jeans after trying all of the styes on, lol! Definitely will be back!

Just stopped into the store and wasn’t greeted AND wasn’t offered any help until I said “so they don’t know how to speak” and “can they offer some help.” That’s when one guy came over after I had started to look for the size myself. I told him no I can manage.

I made an order for two pairs of levis shorts that were on sale. I pick the store for the pick up, waited about an hour an half for confirmation and never got it. I had to call the store to help with the process of canceling the order. I didn't have a good experience shopping with the store. Didn't get timely customer service.

I went up to staff named Tahlia and asked for my daughter what the size equivalent was for size 4-6. I could’ve said the word kid but quickly corrected myself. I said , “no sorry, I mean like an adult 4 -6. What’s the sizing equivalent?” I couldn’t remember the sizing and you would think with Levi’s sizing that would be something she is used to being asked. When I came out of the dressing room I overheard her talking to her other coworker saying something about kid sizes. Then she gave me a snarky “are your sizes working out for you?” Yeah bc you just watched me come out and grab a different size and you’re so helpful. Rude

Shopped here on the morning of Thursday (1/11/23) and am kicking myself for not getting their names, but both the lady and gentleman working here were SO kind and helpful. He welcomed me in and immediately asked if I needed help finding anything and she *very* patiently helped me pick out the right pairs of jeans when I was totally lost (style, size, everything). Seriously the best ever, all the stars.
