Long wait to get loaded. Been here 5 hours. Terrible service

Screen quality and sound quality on their monitor is good. But unless you want to hear a beeping ringtone, every time it doesn’t detect activity, or it starts up don’t buy it. Is so freaking annoying and you cannot turn it off.
