The greatest service, Tim and Crystal, are the best. I was in the store the other day, and this lady was calling them racist when the whole staff was Hispanic. Even other customers were apologizing on her behalf because of how rude she was and yelling at the employee like they owned her rent money. She was NOT paying attention to her kids, who were making a mess; I was getting annoyed as well. I've come here several times and I'm a Hispanic and have never had an issue here before.

The audacity to discriminate and speak about Hispanics while most of their clientele at this location is basically us. If you work in retail cater to your clients. The racist comments that’s were made in front of me assuming That I did not speak English was completely uncalled for.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Lids store at 4800 S Hulen St SP 2610 in Fort Worth, TX. As a loyal customer who frequently shops here, I was shocked by the discriminatory behavior exhibited by the store employees during my visit on 8/04/2024.
I was helping my husband, who only speaks Spanish, pick out some hats when I overheard a highly inappropriate and offensive conversation among three employees—a White Male, Hispanic Female, and Hispanic Male. They were discussing how "disgusting" it was to have so many Astros fans in the store, and then they started making derogatory remarks about Hispanic people, calling us "ghetto," "negligent," and implying we don’t have money.
The Hispanic Male even said, "Yes, the Westworth location is bad - there are a whole bunch of Mexicans walking around with their gold teeth like they have money." The Hispanic Female added, "Yes, but Hulen Mall is not nearly as bad." These comments were not only offensive but also completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the White Male employee rudely asked me to move my daughters, who were sitting quietly near a sign outside the store, implying they were causing a problem. When I addressed the employees about their inappropriate comments, the White Male escalated the situation by making sarcastic remarks and eventually yelled at us to "GET OUT OF MY STORE!"
This experience was distressing and unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way. The employees' behavior was discriminatory and completely uncalled for. I will not be returning to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
Lids, you need to seriously address the conduct of your staff and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

If you want quality I do not recommend this embroidery store. The young man was who helped me with my order was more interested in flirting with a female customer wearing very provocative clothing and completely ignore me and ended up with poor quality work. I was very specific about my order. My husband retired from the Army after serving 25 years and this young man took more pride in flirting than making sure my request was done correctly. Very disappointed with the service provided at this location.

During the holiday season, I was gifted two fitted caps, and it turned out they were both a size too small. Due to the caps not having the barcode tag, I would not be able to make an exchange. Luckily, as I was airing out my grievances about not being able to fit the caps, the employee Sam walked over, took one look, and proceeded to adjust the brims of the caps. After applying this technique, I can say the hats fit more comfortably and do not cause any stress on my forehead when wearing them.On 1/8/2023, I received great customer assistance from both Sam and his coworker, whose name I did not catch. Any tips I need in the future? I know where to go.

If you're from TEXAS and you don't want to be a Cobwoy or a Ranger or Longhorn, then this location is not for you! I'm dislocated here in the region and I've tried thrice to get a fitted lid for a team other than them to no avail. GO ASTROS, TEXANS, AGGIES
