The staff at this location are phenomenal. I have had some problems with supply ordering and finding out the proper procedures for the same. Both Toya and Brittany have gone out of their way to ensure I both understand the process and am able to get my much needed supplies. Only reason I gave them five stars is because there aren't TEN!

They don't train their employees well enough. So they have very little information about how things work. They give wrong information to patience just to get of the phone with them ave there no accountability. Very dissatisfied.

I have used lincare for quite a few referrals but this last referral I submitted to them on 9:15 for feeding tube they took until 9:22 to respond which is unacceptable now I have a resident that has discharged with no feeding or anything it's just ridiculous that they would take there time on something so urgent.

When I have a problem, and I’m told I will get a phone call and that doesn’t happen, it really makes me mad. You are dealing with people who depend on your equipment to breath. It’s not acceptable.

I have to tell you their service. friendliness, politeness, efficiency, and professionalism have been first class. This would include hunting down doctors who work in various locations for a signature, getting up at the crack of dawn to make sure they get to the doctors to get my machine to me quickly
And rechecking false information they were given to make sure everything is in order, home visits that are super fast, professional, and kind, making g sure I understood everything without making me feel well…dumb. I am proud to align with such a company. They also have 24 hour service!

LINCARE is a company that is professional, courteous, and prompt. From the office to your technicians I can’t thank you enough for your help. When I first came home from the hospital and was confused about my setup they found a technician to come back out to help. Again, thank you!

I just got my first cpap equipment 3 weeks ago. Justin was very thorough in explaining the 'whats and whys' of everything. When the first mask wasn't working as well as I had hoped, it was very easy to schedule an appointment and get a different one - which has worked very well. The office staff I've worked with have been friendly and efficient - I would certainly recommend them.
