Had a great experience at the store today. The selection was inviting and so was the generous sale. Shopping for a dress that I spotted on line and found even more treasures. The store was well put together and easily shoppable. Hannah and Judy rounded out my experience. I'll definitely be back.

I needed dress pants for a new job. Have changed size so needed to try on multiple sizes to see what fits now. I wish I could remember her name because the sales associate that helped me was beyond awesome. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for but she also helped me find sizes in multiple styles. Then, she brought me more up or down to the dressing room. I was a little depressed about my new size but after finding several pants that looked good I felt so much better. They didn't have all the colors I wanted in my size but she also helped me order while in the store. After shopping at several other stores unsuccessfully, I am so happy I went into The Loft today. Left happy and had what I needed.
Customer Service is alive and well at The Loft in Fort Worth on West Freeway!

Went to this store to purchase summer clothes, but ended up not because I was disgusted with their display of pride flag in their front window. Just thinking how destructive this ideology is to the family unit, mothers, feature mothers and the role of men and fathers, I couldn’t bare it. I walked out without buying anything. I will not be returning and I gave a headsup to the people I know.

I recently experienced great customer service. I placed an order online to pick up at the store. Part of my order was canceled because it was not in stock at the store. The sales associate kindly reordered my canceled item and had it shipped to me for free.I'm also a fan of the clothes. I rarely run into sizing issues, great quality and easy to care for.

Had a fabulous time shopping at this location with Alicia, Ciara and Karen! This store is immaculate and their customer service is always on point. I shop here primarily for basic pieces and am never disappointed. GREAT STAFF!

Had an amazing experience with the team! Took my mom there today and we were greated with a smile they were very attractive to my mom.they heard my mom and I speaking so they started a attending us in spanish.There customer service, thank you so much for the wonderful experience.!

The clearance section was a little hard to navigate and find my size, and the petite selection was pretty slim, but that's nothing on them. The ladies were nice and helpful with my return.
