Read a bunch of bad reviews before going. I didn't believe em cause I'm a firm believer treat people with kindness and respect you'll get the same in return. My son and I went the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we had a blast! The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk all the way to the staff handling the karts. I have one more race on my books so I'll definitely be back! Don't let the haters deter you from going and checking this place out.

Great track- lots of turns and smaller straights to have a fun drive! I found the rule enforcement to be inconsistent. There were many drivers cutting fast corners and causing collisions. In my experience they should've been counseled at the least. The kid with the flags was on his phone the whole time I was a spectator so go figure. He did see some violations which the other workers told him to address, but he didn't. Overall, that didn't ruin my experience because again, this track is pretty fun albeit small.

If your not familiar with running rental karts flat out you will get in the way here. The tracks fast. This place you should know what your doing before going. Regardless it will no matter what give you a grin on your face you can only get by going. As for the staff goes and not being super helpful. Truth is I don’t expect any of them having much more seat time than most people who go to these so when someone is confused about the seat belt “ like a car ” or which is the gas pedal or brake is which holds the entire pack of karts to go out and cuts into there time out on the track that give 1 star SMH they/those people shouldn’t be there let a lone have a drivers license. That being said if you want fast karts a flat out track with a few bumpy spots that can be avoided go here. It’s really better than good. Plus chassis they run although heavy I think the gear ratio works out to they feel like 30hp. Wish they would allow a amature night so people could pay to drive the track with there own kart.

Just did 2 races and loved them both! I had so much fun! The staff were kind and helpful. I had wanted to do this since we were in the area for the races this weekend and it was better than I could have hoped for! Just an fyi, at the signs that say to turn left to get there. You do turn onto the dirt/gravel road. To their credit we were trying to navigate after race traffic.

For the second week in a row, I was looking forward to racing in the league and was not able to. The first time I arrived on 9/6/2023 to race and unfortunately the league was full. This was on me, as I did not realize they had a fixed number of spots or a way to sign up online with online signup being recommended. I then went online the next day to sign up. The online options did not work. I tried to call and sign up by phone beginning at 4PM on 9/20/2023 because they do not open till 4PM. When I reached someone at 4PM, they asked to call me back in an hour because 2 guests were in the lobby. Then someone in the background said to try online booking in an hour because it would be fixed. I waited an hour and tried online booking. The online signup page is failing. Tried to call back and cannot get through. There are a number of reviews associated with the place being poorly ran. I tend to agree it is not well organized. Hope it is at least safe.

A group of us visited on 17/8/23 for the first time. The customer service is horrible and none of the reps took the time to explain anything. We were just advised to sign up if we’re going to race today while they chatted with each other. Every question we asked seemed like a bother or as if we were expected to know.Info regarding pricing isn’t clear. It’s after you choose what you want to do and think that’s it, you’re told of additional fees etc. This should be explained upfront or displayed on the price list. The karts don’t work properly and need to be fixed. Customers should not be driving in faulty equipment. Please improve on your customer service and the quality of your carts!I don’t know how you could be looking for me in your video footage if you don’t know what I look like. I was in the Barnett group and if I’m going outside to watch or ride I would have to register based on your policy. So that shouldn’t be a question. The cost for all the other additions should be displayed separately, not included in the ride fee as you’re suggesting. If you have the sock and helmet that’s fine, but if you don’t it should be displayed what the cost is.Also, when the race was complete, your staff were the ones who exclaimed to the supervisor or whoever was in charge that none of the carts that were on the track at that particular time were working.

I was irritated at first about their website mentioning a flat fee for military/first responders and then they didn't want to honor it until I showed them the web page. NOT my fault they haven't updated their page. Go karts were very jerky and shaky and hard to turn. And then one of the other racers kart had no brakes and he ran into the building on accident CAUSE he had no brakes, then they BANNED him. I felt bad for him. Not his fault he had no brakes.Overall my son and I had an good time racing but there is some improvement to their business needed.

Karts are super comfortable, speed is great, handling is great, but mine had no brakes ??. I didn't realize this until I started a push lap, I thought I had very light brakes at first and then realized I had no brakes and started loosing control at turn 11 where you are supposed to brake. I didn't want to hit the barriers because I was carrying a lot of speed so I went through what it looked like a scape road? So I went around the track to try and get to the pitlane to tell the employees that my kart had no brakes, and accidentally crashed in a garage, again, because I had no brakes. After the incident I was kinda shocked so some of the employees came to check on me, and I told them I had no brakes. Then one of them checked if what I was saying was true and, yes, they confirmed I had no brakes and apologized, told me saying not to worry. Then I was pulled out of my 2nd race and they told me I could not race then told me a manager would talk to me. A manager never came, and I was never told anything afterwards, then apparently I got banned because of the incident. They never told me this directly but then my friend told me after he asked. To make it worse I come to see a response from a review lying, and saying my brakes where perfectly fine and blaming me completely for the whole thing. It's such a shame since they didn't make sure brakes where working, they never told us what to do in case of brake failure in the safety video, apparently there are no scape roads, so they blamed me for driving around the track, they never where direct to me to tell my what was really going on, the manager never bothered to contact me, couldnt find the safety contract on the website, and also I found out they lied about what happened in a response. I overall loved the place, the track layout is super fast, but I am upset about how this whole incident could've been avoided if there was a kart check before, or if there was better signaling. And obviously also upset about how I got banned about an accident I could've avoided if I had brakes on my kart ?

the place was ran by kids that had difficulty running the place.Arrived at 4 pm, were told that the wait was 45 minutes, that turned into almost 2 hours without it being busy. Raced once, had fun, then waited another hour repeatedly being told we were in the next race. after the third time an hour later we left after they told us it would be another TWO races before we would get on againLeft after that, no refunds and if we go back to use our credit we will have to pay all the fees againNot recommended, will not go back even with a creditGo to K1 instead

We’ve been here a few times now. Such a cool facility to have access to right here in North Fort Worth. I want to shed light on the staff and ownership of this place as well. We had a small issue last time we went, but more importantly, the owners took the time to investigate the issue and make it right. We will be back for sure!

Genuinely the best kart park I’ve been to. The reason for the low star review is the number of price changes since it opened, I remember the first time I went, I got a 10 race package for a friend and I got to race 5 times each. Want too expensive. Maybe 14$ each for each race and then there was a discount. But I went yesterday and it was 80$ for a friend and I to race ONCE. So sad to see, went in ready to buy a big bundle and speed 200+ dollars. But this was a shock. You also can’t buy a package and split it anymore. It’s per racer. Sad to see but I believe this track will run itself out of business at some point with these prices. For that I can go race at Andretti's indoor track multiple times. Once again I want to say the karts and track are amazing. The price changes is the only thing that is making this review so low

4 of us mature adults were at the Kartpark for the first time yesterday (6/3/2023). I like the fact the front office for the most part answers their phone. We did have trouble finding it and had to call. I didn't notice they provided a more exact address on their website because it's under the Contact Us - and there is also no way to contact other than phone or in person. So they are getting my feedback on Yelp instead of directly. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful with questions and helping us get the best pricing. My husband checked in online, but he still had to spend more time than needed at the kiosk getting us checked in again. That just creates more waiting in a very small cramped space. The safety video was informative, quick, and to the point. Our two husbands had a better time than us two wives. My first go around the track I felt quite unsafe because of the high testosterone male drivers who were swooping within a half inch of my kart. I spoke directly to two of them during our break and told them how they affected me as a first time driver. They both apologized and I didn't have any issue on the second round - but my best friend did. She had the same unsafe experience and ended up leaving the track after only 4 rounds. Then she heard one of the men bragging about wiping out 3 times on the track, when one of those times he actually hit her. And one time she was sandwiched in between two karts with only inches between the cars for a long time. So this leads me to wonder why the Kartpark doesn't separate riders into groups of racers and guests just looking to have a good time. I did know from the website there would be racers, so I wasn't completely caught off guard, but I doubt I will go back because of this. Their system isn't really designed to accommodate casual riders. It seems the casual riders are actually there to provide obstacles for the racers to get around. The time around the track is ample and with doing two rounds I was getting to know the track quite well. We talked with the track crew while we were out there and they were nice. I did notice two times when they were walking across the track they were moseying across and I had to slow down for one of them. I wonder why they don't get a clip in their step and move across quickly for their safety and for the concern of the drivers. Just seems strange to me.The karts worked well and were as fast as advertised. The track was challenging and overall good fun. A note on pricing: the Military and First Responder discounts are not on top of package pricing.
