Staff was super helpful and followed up with me when couch arrived! My only complaint is that love sac in general should offer white glove delivery and assembly. This couch was tough to put together. That is why I’m giving 3 stars.

I love my Lovesac! It was kind of a pain to assemble, but totally worth it. It’s really durable and comfortable. Anyone I have over comments on how well it’s made.I love their customer service almost as I love my couch. Elizabeth in University Park Village was so helpful. She made the whole experience fun. She has gone above and beyond. Always quick to respond to any questions. I wanted to add some extra pieces and exchange a piece. No problem super easy. She did all of it. I highly recommend Lovsac. Thanks Elizabeth!

We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our love sac and sactional from this store! Courtney, Jaley and Elizabeth were exceptionally helpful with every issue we had (even though most were our doing). The whole process was super easy. Cortney at the University store in Fort Worth was so knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase right away, even with great promotions going on. It was the easiest furniture buying experience we’ve ever had.

Great service and even better product! My wife and I visited the University Park location to create and order our new couch. The team was very friendly and helpful. They showed us our options and took the time to work with us to create the best layout for our place. We had a small shipping issue but Elizabeth and her team helped us put through it. 10/10, I recommend considering Lovesac for your seating!PS. The couch is comfy, I’ve fallen asleep on it multiple times since we set it up!
