I calld Low Rate Towing but was told that they didnt hav any trucks available (bad business n my opinion). So I calld CompassTowing. Nathan, owner n drivr, is very professional, timely, friendly, prompt, professional wit great communication skills. His customer svc skills r amazing which is VERY important 2 me. I highly recommend him 4 all ur towing needs. I wil definitely b using him all of my future towing needs!!

Completely unprofessional!!! The driver blocked our driveway to the street and refused to move until he was done. I would understand if he has the car on the bed but he wasn’t even hooked! I asked for his TDLR license which he is required to show upon request and he is required to have while he is towing! He stated that he did not have one! He was extremely rude and kept cussing at me for no reason and he wouldn’t let me leave to get my kids from school!Why would y’all hire someone who doesn’t have the correct license!! With that being said why hire someone who doesn’t do a 4 point tie down as required by the state! I know the laws and since I was forced to wait I did watch him work!This little tow company is a joke! Watch out people they might be cheap but they are not equipped nor license to tow!
