Only go here If you know exactly what you need and where it's at, don't expect any customer service. Even if you ask for it and they tell you they will be right back, they won't. I waited and wasted about 20 minutes trying to find an item that they had on their website. The website states 5 in stock. While looking, i asked three employees for help. Then they grab their pocket and pull out their little phones, and tell me to be right back and walk off never to return. After waiting another ten minutes per one return, i went to the service dest to ask for help. That lady saw me coming, grabbed her phone and ran off like she was on fire. Are they really that afraid of helping people. Makes me rethink my pro account. I finally gave up and walked out. I am now heading to Home Depot.

Only wanted to buy a torque wrench, had to ask 3 different associates for someone to help bc they are locked away. After watching more than 3 different reps walk past me and 30 minutes later I was able to purchase the single item I came in for.

Slow AF, Saturday with self check out lane down to the paint department. They have 2/3 the check outs closed off with employees standing around. Why buy something here if it takes forever to leave?

I don’t shop here for many reasons. I bought something that was never opened and they wouldn’t return it. As a whole the staff is rude. I can’t ever find the help I need when I go. Home Depot is completely opposite. In the future I hope I’m never forced to shop here.

I tried twice to get an associate to help me order a special sized outdoor rug today, no one was able to assiste me. I couldn't find many associates on the floor, so I asked the older lady working in returns if she could direct me to someone who could help me or if perhaps she could ring it in. Instead of providing decent customer service, she asked me 'well you have a phone, don't you?'.
Which true, I do. But customer service and human interaction is the only reason i enjoy shopping over online convenience. Instead I promptly walked out and ordered what I needed from Amazon.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the refund process. The representative cited a policy stating that without the original phone number or credit card used for purchase, a refund cannot be issued. I requested an alternative, such as gift cards, but was denied. I find it frustrating since the representative scanned the barcodes in front of me, confirming the purchases were made from Lowe’s. Due to this experience, I will not be returning."

I came Saturday the system was down trying to buy astorm door now iam here this morning waiting over a hour nobody still hasn't came its 11:38am on 2/24/25 4 people has came back i called 3 times but no Gary i hope i get a discount this ridiculous Nycole.

Terrible. 2 different employees tell me they can't do what I need, I go to the area expert and he helps me. V.i.e.j.i.t.o.s employees have to update themselves.Almost an hour in the store.😢
In Dallas, TX the same or worse. A very young wood area employee said it couldn't be done. 😢

no one available to help, spent almost 2 hours lost in the greenhouse finding a specific plant that i know was in stock. Regardless, no one offered any help despite having a full team. The cat in the greenhouse was more attentive to me lol.

Bought washer dryer. They gave us final price different than the one we had to pay. Washer and dryer they dumped from truck. It came scratched. They also damaged the brand new door of the laundry. When fridge finally came they delivered the wrong one but driver just left and I had to deal with their customer service. One of the is very nice (a lady). Another one would not help and gave me another phone number to call, number which did not exist…. Very unpleasant experience. The washer dryer are ok but their service could use some improvement.

I bought 2 gallons of their Infiniti gold standard paint in forest green to paint my son’s room. it was for Christmas and his birthday. I was told this was their top of line, signature best paint. It was scuff resistant, thick and would only take one coat. I spent $59.99 + an additional $3 extra charge per gallon for 2 gallons. As I sit here writing this review, I am super pissed, exhausted, covered in green paint and on my fourth coat AND IT STILL HASNT COMPLETELY COVERED EVERYTHING. This is dark green. It shouldn’t be coming through anything especially a lighter color. I am so pissed I they would’ve told me was gonna take four coats plus., I would not have purchased it. I feel like I was conned. I feel like I was misinformed either that or they did a whole bait & switch. I don’t trust Lowe’s. I will never buy paint from them again. In fact, I will never anything from them again after this. guess I will be purchasing items from Home Depot or Ace Hardware or Harbor freight from now on. I tried to inform a manager and he hung up on me. They lost a customer. False advertising like this should be illegal.

People were helpful. There were two young girls who just kept walking even though they had to hear me say , excuse me. They turned and looked over their shoulders, laughed, turned and kept walking. I wasn't happy. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who did help us. He was so helpful, smiling and friendly to everyone we past. Excellent customer service.
