Lowes stuff at lowes incredible over priced prices. Here to meet your hardware store needs. I was told it's a great place to meet single women in the need of a real man in thier life. Did not see any women when I went just mainly lonely men trying to look manly in case any desperate women showed up.

The best customer service I have had from a big box home improvement store. These guys come to you if they see you need help, while other stores try and walk away. I love this Lowe’s store.

Purchased 311/312 patio door and had it installed 9/15/20. We are on our 3rd set of rollers for this door and have also encountered a broken outer door panel due to mower striking something in the yard. Attempted to file a claim under the lifetime glass replacement warranty and was denied. Was instructed by cornerstone building brands to have lowes order a new replacement panel. This was at the end of January and we are now in April with no quote and still have a broken outer panel. Stay away from reliabilt patio doors. Was told specifically during the initial purchase and installation quotation by the install sales representative from lowes that if a glass panel was broken while mowing that the reliabilt glass breakage warranty would replace the broken glass panel.

We were going to cut a panel of glass, and when we called an assistant over, it took almost 15 minutes. Service is quite slow but their kindness makes up for it. 😙

I was at the Lowe’s today and this lady called Liz was so kind and helpful. It’s hard to find people like this nowadays. She helped me find the things I needed checked back on me and I found exactly what I needed. I’m definitely going back to this Lowe’s for all future purchases.

Called here 4 times. Was hung up on 3 times before I spoke with the person that I was trying g to reach. Finally spoke with a manager, who was rude and did not listen. I had to repeat my question 3 times before he finally answered. The 1st woman put me on an 8 minute hold and then hund up. Called back and was told she would transfer me, then she hung up. Called BACK and was put on hold. Someone came back a few minutes later, spoke in the background, then hung up. The WORST location. I wasn't asking anything to be done, just asking if something is possible.....if I could do it on my own. Im store may be better, just don't call. It will be a waste of time and energy.

When to buy a 90° angle drill bit adapter and ask for help and received it shortly and the man was very helpful and everything I needed. I am a registered contractor with home Depot for the discount.$$.👍
Not saying anything negative against Lowe's they are a good store also I just prefer Home Depot. Blessings 😇🇺🇸

Wow. Superb experience with Lowe’s. I purchased a washer and dryer from an awesome sales person named Alex. She was superb. Very nice. Knowledgeable of every product. NO PRESSURE. Curtious. Did not try and push the most expensive product on us. Did not try and up sell. Explained everything. Took our call the next day and the set we chose was delivered before 3p.m. The delivery crew Juan and Peter were careful, curtious, professional, efficient, and thorough. We had a problem with getting the steam function for the dryer to connect because my laundry room layout is unique. Juan and Peter put their heads together and came up with a solution. Awesome crew. Thank you Lowes, Alex, Juan and Peter.

I added another 3 stars because finally i got a professional manager that was caring and listened my issue.
A minus millions star if i could...wherever lowes you go the service and manager sucks because they do not value customer needs and problems whether they are small money or lots of money spent in this store...bah!!
