I have recently become a home owner on the east side. I have dealt with so many frustrations at the Home Depot nearby. Today, after frustration #39, I decided that I had enough. Drove a few extra miles to Lowe’s on Eastchase. What a difference! I was asked 4 times by associates if I needed help. When I did need assistance it was quick and with a smile! Never going back to HD. Thank you all!!

I made a purchase online for same day delivery and it wasn't delivered the day promised.
Manager Shelita @the Eastchase store fixed everything and had the items delivered promptly and refunded my delivery fee !
She went above and beyond to help!!!

I ordered a Jackery Explorer 3000 with 2 solar panels and transfer switch. I got a notification that my order had delivered at the store and went to pick it up. When I got there, only the transfer switch was there, and they couldn't tell me where the rest of the order was. However, my order is marked as delivered. So, where is the rest of my order? I'm being charged for something I don't have!
EDIT: I received the remainder of my order today. I want to thank everyone at the Eastchase store's customer service department for answering my questions and keeping me informed on what was happening with my order. Starred review updated.

We contracted Lowe's to build 100' of fence with two gates. They never built the driveway gate. It has been over 9 months and we cannot get them to install the gate or give us a refund or even haul off their trash pile. They WILL NOT make it right. Avoid at all costs
Edit: we got a refund and found another fence company to finish the job

I used to love go get all I need from there and the staffs been nice and friendly and helpful. However most of them now have some kind attitude at the pro Lowe's I'm not going over there anymore. I'm really disappointed

I normally do not write reviews however, I said I was going to do better in acknowledging exceptional service. Exceptional service is just what I recieved from William on my visit to Lowe's on Eastchase last night. William was kind, professional, knowledgable and ready to answer all of my clueless woman questions while giving me a crash course to ensure that I purchased the proper toilet. All stores should be so lucky to have their own William!

Lowe's Home Improvement on Eastchase Parkway in Fort Worth, TX, is my go-to place for all my home improvement needs. The store has a homely atmosphere, making shopping here a pleasant experience. The staff is excellent—always willing to help and provide assistance.
However, the service can be a bit slow at times, which is a little below the standard I would expect. Despite this, the staff's helpfulness and the store's overall quality make it a reliable choice for home improvement projects. I'll continue to shop here for my needs.

Today I did curbside pick for a couple items I needed as I fractured my hand, mind you this is the first time I ever did this. Doing a bath remodel with my Dad which knows a ton about everything. He picked the items needed and I paid and went to pick them up. On the way home i call my dad and ask him why he didn’t tell me 7 of the backer boards would be this heavy as I would have got some towels or foam to better support it in my car. He laughs assuming it’s just due to my hand being all secured up as it’s not suppose to be. I get home and right away he’s like, “that’s not it, that’s also 1/4 not 1/2 and that’s cement”, Now I’m pissed off as this dinged up a lot of my plastics in my car as he told me it wouldn’t damage anything as it’s lightweight. I start heading back to Lowe’s and headed to the return area to explain the issue. The lady (Tina) tells me to pull the car up front and we’ll remove it. They have someone come out and take it out the car but mind you it’s not easy to get out so he try’s to slide all 7 sheets out instead of asking for assistance which I’m sure caused so more dings. I go back inside and tell her I just want to correct product I don’t want to return anything but she keeps insisting they need to return it so I can get the correct one. We go back in forth about how I don’t want to return it I just want the correct product. She explain they need to put it back in the inventory but now I’m starting to get agitated as it’s the wrong product what would that even do. I telling her I don’t want to return it I just need the correct items. She tells me we’ll return it and you can go get the correct item knowing I had curb side pick up because I have a fractured hand…..Jeff Overhears the conversation and jumps right on it and ask to see what I got and right away is like that’s the wrong product, Let me go get the right stuff for you.
I appreciate him jumping in but that was a compete waste of my time. It’s unnecessary, y’all screwed up, let’s resolve it and move on. I’m already agitated as the product they gave me is cement which should have been Polyisocyanurate and it screwed up some of my plastic in my car. Now I’m going to always validate as the trust is broken.

Tried to buy a grill here today. After waiting for 30 minutes for them to find the grill I was told that they would not honor the price of the grill from their own website. I was told to purchase it online and then come back later. Customer service at its worst
