We couldn’t have found a better place for our kid. Fantastic facility, great management, very supportive owners, loving staff and thoughtful curriculum. Kids thrive in this environment and the center feels like an extension of home. Highly recommend Luv N Care to all the families who want to give their kids a safe, clean, nurturing and loving place.

Our family is beyond pleased with Luv 'N' Care. The facility is fantastic. The teachers here are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They bring a wealth of expertise to the classroom and are dedicated to fostering both the academic and social growth of each child. We’ve seen our child thrive in this environment, thanks to the thoughtful educational programs tailored for all age groups.
The school is always spotless, which speaks to the staff's commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe environment. This level of attention to detail extends to the healthy menu they provide, offering nutritious meals and snacks that the kids enjoy. My child has food allergies. Luv 'N' care staff takes extra care to accommodate our needs.
The front office management and Director are organized, communicative, and always ready to assist with any questions. Their warm, welcoming approach makes you feel like part of a big family.
The owners are just as incredible. They are actively involved in the daycare’s daily operations and make a real effort to connect with the families, ensuring that the highest standards of quality child care are always met.

We have given this daycare chance after chance to redeem themselves. They would leave our poor kiddo in a dirty diaper all day and he would constantly come home with diaper rash. They would never let us go to the back to see him when getting dropped off or picked up. They just seemed to withhold information from us, they hardly communicated on the app and just seemed very secretive about what went on day to day. They would send him home early all the time or close the daycare for inclement weather which is understandable but then they would charge us for a full week of care. The cherry on top was when we signed up to bring cookies for the Valentine’s Day party. We loved the idea of the party and delivered the cookies, when we picked up our kiddo that day we see one of the larger front desk girls waddling out of the front door with the cookies we had paid for. The cookies were still sealed in the original box, looked like they didn’t even try to give the cookies out. Just really rubbed us wrong, we aren’t rich and that was some of the last money we had and we wanted to spend it on a fun time for the kids not fuel an adults addiction to sweets. We have since changed daycares and he comes home clean, happy and doesn’t cry when getting dropped off anymore.

I want to start by making it clear I've not had a child cared for at this establishment. My wife and I toured this facility and spoke with a couple of the staff members. The staff members were very nice and welcoming. That's really the only positive thing I can say about this location. It is VERY small overall. When you enter there is a small "lobby" area although it's surrounded by all of the various children's rooms and children walk through it regularly. As soon as you walk in it is VERY loud. Yes, I understand children are loud in general but I don't know how any of them would be able to nap there. Given the small size I would expect it to be much cleaner. Even the small "lobby" area the few places to sit were not clean and car seats were everywhere. The biggest issue is the camera monitoring. They have 30+ cameras however parents don't get access to them and they do not record. So basically if someone isn't monitoring the cameras the entire day they are useless.

This is the best child care place in all the DFW, I even moved from that area but I didn't transfer my daughters from there because they love the teachers and the staff, if anything happened even if it's small issue they informed us immediately and they take good care of the children.

Kelsey is terrific. Always smiling, very communicative, friendly, and my daughter [J] loves her. The turnover is high at this location, so I am hoping they are able to retain her for a while.

Do to the circumstances we live in today, the most outstanding feature of this wonderful childcare is how diverse it. It’s what the world needs to see. These kids are the future. The staff are generous, and my kid learns. She is now Potty training as well as learning colors, Letters, numbers, and more. Through this pandemic I’ve been essential, and luv n care as been there for me and family. I didn’t have to take off, because luv n care was essential as well. That has been very helpful. The professionalism is where it needs to be. The staff takes the time to know the kids, as well as well develop their own type of relationship between one another. Upgrades are looking great in the facility, and with it being under new management, the daycare itself has come a long way. It’s affordable, and I would recommend this childcare 110% to any one. If you’re looking for professionalism, diversity, and teachers that have an agenda, this is the place for you. The director Erica will take care of you. Thanks.

I have been working for LNC for almost 2.5 years. I am the cook/bus driver and It has been a pleasure for me to work and grow with this place. It feels good to work at a place where management actually cares about their employees. I have been able to witness how much LNC has improved in the past years due to new management. I enjoy my job and workplace very much. Great group of teachers!!
