I visited several R.E. Dealerships and you can save time and frustration by working with Mike.
This is my experience:
-legitimate out the door pricing that was my best offer
-able to order the bike and place it down payment on my cell phone, no need to drive in.
-under promised and over delivered on the delivery date coming in exactly two weeks from when I place my deposit.
-everyone at the dealership greeted me by first name upon my arrival to pick up my bike
-The entire experience of closing on the bike took less than an hour including a detailed walkthrough of every future on the bike.
-A week later Mike checked on me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
-After a small mishap Mike and the dealership worked hard to find the parts I needed for my repair.
I am totally happy and totally a fan of Royal Enfield of Fort Worth.
The bike is an incredible value as well!

Michael was exceptional to work with. Everyone at the dealership that I interacted with made this a very nice experience. I am a long time rider and have owned most every type of motorcycle out there and am more than pleased with the INT650. Just what I was looking for. Highly recommend the dealer as well as Royal Enfield's latest offerings.

The staff at Royal Enfield were incredible helpful and accommodating. I was looking for something specific, they had an appropriate vehicle in stock, and everything about it was exactly as described in the online listings. Administration paperwork was prepped and ready to go by the time I got there, and any snags that came up they handled immediately. If I could rate this shop any more highly, I would. They’re even coming to take away my derelict old bike!

I just bought a 2009 Harley Davidson Road King Classic. It's a beautiful bike and is fulfilling one of my top bucket list items. I live in Maryland, so my dealing with Mike of Royal Enfield in Fort Worth, TX. didn't end with the sale. He and his team did an amazing job of pulling everything together on his end and getting my bike on the road to me. Mike was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable snout the progress and the bike. Thanks Mike and team for making this purchase so smooth. I'm loveing it.

These folks are fantastic! They got me the bike at a price I could afford and assisted the shipper with loading the bike safely. Out of state buyer, and I'd say this was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Definitely recommend!

Great service and incredibly accommodating!!
Long story short, I bought a R.E from a large non-dealer. That dealership was not helpful or willing to problem solve.
That being said, Mike at R.E of F. W got me on the road again!!!! Many thanks!!!!!
