Grat place Johnny is my stylist. They do quality work! Sandra and Virginia are the Sunshine in the shop always smiling and happy! It's fun to be there the vibe is great!

Don’t go here. Johnny cuts hair good but don’t come unless you want to schedule months out. Never available appointments!!! They lost my business!

Doors say they close at 7.
Arrived at 6:45 and wasn’t allowed to get haircut.

All the employees are very nice and professional, however my stylist did not speak English, so she ended up styling my hair after I specified I ONLY wanted a trim and layering. What would have been a cheaper haircut almost tripled in price because she couldn't understand me. I spoke to the owner and they finally got a translator to talk to her, but by that time, she was basically done with my hair. I think it's a very good salon, but if you are not wanting to pay more, I would recommend asking for a stylist that speaks fluent English. And my finished hair did turn out well in the back, but the front looked overly poofy.

This place has horrible customer service!! I booked an appointment for my son’s hair cut at 5pm. When i got there she told me to wait. Even after 20 mins of waiting nobody cut my son’s hair. After sometime another person came for the haircut and that lady told me that i don’t have any appointment at 5 the other person booked at the same time. I even saw another lady who was crying there because they messed up her hair. She was asking for a refund and they say they can’t give refund in chemical services.

The manager Johnny and his wife are unprofessional and lack the necessary skills to perform certain treatments. In March, his wife did my lip color treatment. They assured me that my lip color would be bland for the first three months, but after that, it would brighten. However, my lip color has remained the same as my natural color, with no noticeable change. When I tried to reach out to John about this, he has been completely unresponsive.
I paid $400 for this treatment via Zelle directly to him, and he did not provide any receipt for the transaction. Please avoid getting any new treatments at this salon. They do not know how to perform the procedures properly, and you will not see the results you're promised. Save yourself the regret and don't waste your hard-earned money.

This place is genuinely 5 times better than Great clips and similar places. They always take their time doing my hair. The attention to detail is amazing.

Tina is amazing! She gives great haircuts and charges less than what other stylists would charge. She takes her time and goes over and above what others do.

What you want vs. what you get. As a hair consultant, it's your job to satisfy the customer and provide professional advice to achieve the results to meet or exceed the clients' satisfaction and / or expectations. Is it not? As you can see, the "want " vs. the "got" is nothing alike. My daughter was charged $190 for a haircut & highlights. I called to let the stylist know my daughter came home crying after leaving the salon. Her response was well " she wasn't crying when she left" My daughter usually gets her hair done by Johnny however the lady at the salon stated he didn't work there and she could do it obviously she couldn't. Picture 1 is what she came home looking like. Picture 2 is what she asked for....as you can see it is nothing alike.

Since I met Tina, she always takes care of me. Always knows what I want. Never disappoints. All of them in M3 are excellent, punctual and very professional.

My son gets a haircut here with Johnny (that's his name I believe). He's finally found someone he trusts with his hair. I come here as well but don't really ask for anybody in particular. So far, I haven't had a bad cut and I'm always satisfied with my haircut. Fees are reasonable.
