I was very empress of the job they did on my car , it was so happy and my daughter was so surprised and so happy now she feels like she has a brand new car ?Just want to give a huge thanks to Bailey for did a great job and caring for me as the customer.

Never write reviews, but have to for these guys! What a great job they did on my 50 year old car. Giving them the time to do it right, it exceeded my expectations in every category, for a price that couldn't be equalled anywhere. Paid a little more than their standard job, and it was well worth it. Super friendly, professional, and I feel like they were as "invested" in my car as I am. Strongly recommend!!

Bailey helped us efficiently to fix my car. Our car has to replace for the hinge pillar in driver seat. They helped prioritizing our car due to the urgent need. The suggestion would be to improve the estimation of time and quote. I’m really satisfied with the car!

I took my car to Maaco to fix my bumper. Bailey was the nicest person. They fixed my bumper less than 30 minutes. I will go there again if I need any body work done and I will suggest my family and friends to go there too.

I took my vehicle here to have the whole car repainted back to factory black since my paint was very faded in some areas. I opted for the best paint package they offer which included primer, base, and clear coat. I assumed that this packages would closely match the factory paint quality. After a little over 2 weeks, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. upon arriving, I found that my freshly painted bumper was pulled all the way up the curb causing the bottom of the bumper to be scraped. I also noticed that the whole car seemed to have an orange peel look as if the was was painted with a rattle can. After further inspection, I found a lot of tape residue left all over the vehicle and found that my rear tail lights had been scuffed up. After expressing my concerns with them, they had some guys come out and wipe off mostly all the tape residue and they also said they would order replacement tail lights for my vehicle. I would like to say that they resolved my issues but the fact is that the whole paint job doesn't look that great for as much as I paid.Service: Painting

The service provided by this business is superb. They painted my 25 year old pickup a year ago and it still looks brand new. Recently they repaired damage on my motorcycle hardbags and again did a wonderful job. They look brand new and the paint match is perfect. Fair pricing, friendly staff, and good turnaround times. Found this spot just googling for my dented bumper and could not be more satisfied with their work. Customer service and communication from Bailey has been incredible! Not to mention quick service, 0 wait times and no surprise charges and seems to genuinely care about their customers. 5 stars and I will be going here at Maaco's for any future body work needed. Highly recommend!

Being told by a person that works up front behind the counter at a maaco shop will paint my car for $900. Where most body shops with a good reputation will charge $3000- $3500. Reading a few reviews from ALL the shops around Central America. And being in business for a solid 45-50yrs. Half of them are good reviews and half of them are bad reviews. I can't decide if I should let the maaco shop where I live paint my car or not.

Paint Job was okay. They cleaned incorrectly and caused heavy swirl marks already on brand new paint. They took 8 days just to have the roof and pillars painted black. They also damaged the paint on my hood and my side mirror in the process. It's a brand new car with only 3,000 miles I would know that I took it in without any damage.

Service: Painting Was told my truck was to finished on Wednesday, March 15 as I spoke to them on the 14th. I called they said they hadn’t gotten to it and that it would be finished Friday. I called Friday afternoon they said oh the painter messed up and we have to redo it, but will have it done tomorrow on Saturday 18th. They called me at 9:30 in the morning and said they didn’t know where their painter was but it would be finished on Monday the 20th. Tuesday morning I called to pick it up and they said well it’s not done. It’ll be ready tomorrow which was 22 March. I called on March 22 found out it had even been painted until that day. Every time I called, I was given an excuse and was told a different story, I was polite and courteous. I was trying to be understanding. When I talto the general manager on the second phone call Wednesday afternoon, he gave me excuses and told me that I would be happy that he was trying to paint. I told him that was customer service and it was already given. But that’s what I got instead of. I’m sorry or will take care of you. I asked for his bosses phone number. Because this is a franchise, and he told me that wasn’t relevant. I called again and spoke to the customer service to find out exactly when I could pick it up, and be finished. He gave me a long story for the last eight days instead. I kept asking him. I just want to know when I can pick it up, and he kept giving me a story of why it took so long. Sorry I blew up, yup said a cuss word but not at anyone just the never ending situation. Well one really took it personally and put his hand on my chest another guy was ready to fight. Told me if they were closed we would be going at. There was 3-4 ready to fight, manager could have cared less. I paid, yes no offered anything of an apology. I was told the fob was in the truck. Truck still running. I left and fob not in truck and had to turn around to go get it. Yes in that one instance I could have handled better, I make no excuses for my actions. I just wished someone there had cared enough. The truck was there over 3 weeks and I had 2 fender flares repainted and about a 4 inch dent and scratch fix on the tailgate.

They helped install a spoiler on my car that I was having trouble doing by myself. Very reasonable price for the labor and it looks great so far. Would recommend this shop, front desk guy named Bailey was friendly as well.

I had my camper shell recently painted to match my truck at this location and they did a great job prepping and painting it. Color is spot on and they were very quick getting the job completed. Would recommend them and will definitely be back in the future.

Came highly recommended; delivered a sore disappointment. Completely unprofessional, and an enormous hassle. Dropped the car off on August 8th, and let it settle out because we were assured things were getting done.Waited two weeks with no news before calling and seeing what the problem is. "Supply chain issues", I was quoted. "Check back Tuesday!" and I did. Then it was waiting on a supplement. Then waiting on ANOTHER supplement. Called insurance on September 7th to see what was up and it turns out that Maaco hadnt been in contact with them. Then *they said they lost the original estimate*. Called the insurance and went back and forth for ANOTHER two weeks and nothing was done.Only later found out there was frame damage of less than 1/2 inch of bend. We were informed that it would need to be fixed and they were finally going to call an insurance adjuster for the first time on October 11th.Then November came.Complained to Corporate. Got ignored.Then December came.Filed a BBB complaint. It got closed due to inaction from the business.Went out and bought a new car to stop the hemorrhaging from the rentals. Complain in person one final time and inform them we just want to total out the car. Wouldn't happen because it was deemed repairable. Then the silence resumed.Out of nowhere we got a call Yesterday. The first bit of progress that had been shared with us since we stopped asking. The car was just ready to be picked up! "Hooray".We only just picked up the car today and paid the deductible (which was originally taken care of by the insurance at the initial check, but we just wanted it done and over with) They had it in their lot, rotting for 5 months. August 8th til January 5th.

Avoid this place at all cost. They had my car 90 days. Did a good job on the body paint, awful job on the camper portion. Even worse on the finish out inside. They did more damage than when I first brought it in.

They worked around my work schedule and got me in the next day. These are the nicest people you will meet and they made sure everything was perfect and I was taken care of. I'm still in shock of how great they did on my car and the courtesy of the employees. If you are going anywhere else, you are wasting your time. I will never go anywhere else!!Service: Body & Trim
