We accidentally left our stroller in the parking lot and left without it. The employees brought it inside and waited for us to come pick it up the next day.

Ayala the Hispanic lady at the perfumes has the worst customer service I still don’t understand why they haven’t fired her.

Just went to Macy’s for the first time in awhile. Carolyn (or Caroline?) helped us and she was amazing. Store was clean and organized. Only concern was there wasn’t a ton of merchandise. Will definitely be back!

It’s honestly really sad. Like so many others, I grew up with Toys"R"Us. One of the highlights of my week was heading to the Fort Worth TRU on Saturdays to play in the Yu-Gi-Oh! events they held between 2002 and 2004. Watching the store slowly decline over the years was depressing, and now, every time I drive by that spot—replaced by some generic shoe store—it feels like a slap in the face.
And now, seeing what Toys"R"Us has become is almost worse. It’s like looking at a lifeless corpse being propped up and paraded around as if it’s still the real thing. What was once a magical toy haven has been reduced to a small, uninspiring section tucked away in the corner of the Macy's Hulen Mall.
I genuinely hope TRU can regain its footing and expand again. Target and Walmart need stronger competition in the toy market, and there’s definitely a place for a revived Toys"R"Us—if done right.
They should seriously consider pivoting toward more advanced and collector-oriented toys. I mean high-end models, highly articulated action figures, wrestling collectables, anime merchandise—things that cater to adult collectors who actually have money to spend. There’s a huge demand for Japanese imports and niche collectables that brick-and-mortar stores rarely carry.
If Toys"R"Us wants to make a real comeback, they shouldn’t just aim to bring back what they were—they should evolve and make it better than before.

Horrible customer "service." Store is filthy, even though they know it, they don't clean it. Prices are too high. They mail you coupons that don't work at the register.

So many lovely dresses. It's hard not to leave without at least one. A very large selection of everything. Parking lot is free.
