I had the best experience at Madewell on 12/30! I’ve been hesitant to go in because I’m plus size and so few straight stores carry my size. I was greeted by Maddie, and she immediately put me in several pairs of jeans that fit! I found my PERFECT PAIR and I’m thankful I went in. They COULD use more plus sizes, but working with a friendly associate made all the difference!

Visited this store and had a pretty jarring experience of a manger verbally degrading employees and customers. Made sure to get her name it was Angela! She had an abrasive personality and I’m not sure how someone like this is supposed to be a representative of the store. Very disappointed please to better Madewell. Won’t be shopping at this location anymore.

Truly love this Madewell! I’m someone who likes to walk around/see clothes in person. I was finally going to invest in new jeans (after a c section and then COVID) the employees couldn’t have been more helpful! They made me feel very comfortable explaining my situation and pulling different styles. I was surprised with the ones I loved the most! They were ones I’d never pick for myself, but looked amazing on. I now only go in (this) location when buying anything from Madewell.

I’m 47 and dislike shopping. I had a very good experience at Madewell on University. They were patient and friendly as I tried on numerous jeans. I would be happy to go there again. Thanks to Ashley for being a gem and helping me pick the perfect jeans x 2.

Madewell is my favorite store. Each time I come to this location I'm greeted with such a warm welcome and help. Most recently, Maddie helped me with finding what I was looking for and giving me the up to date pricing on a sweater that was marked wrong. She was truly so kind and so helpful. Thank you, Maddie!

Had the worst customer service experience ever at this Madewell location. Every worker in there gave me the dirtiest looks and were extremely passive aggressive as well. I would NEVER shop at this location ever again and have already told my friends to stay clear as well. I am not someone to take sass from women double my age and thought their attitude was very inappropriate. Stay clear.
