Went in to the store to buy something. I found the only one left with no price on the box. I ask the worker if they could do a price check. The Best Buy worker told me I had to stand in the check out line for a price check. The line was 7 people deep...I left the item right there and left the store. Went home and order the same item with Amazon.

Don't bother taking any of your apple products here for support. Just go to the Apple Store. They will question everything you have done and tell you that you did it wrong. Then they will tell you that you have to make another appointment to run diagnostics. Completely worthless.

I purchased almost $10k in TV audii/video and mezh networking equipment and premium geek squad support from this store and it has been a never ending nightmare to get this equipment installed and working. They have missed appointments and have not followed up each time I have called their support line. Their escalation process is worthless and all of the support people that I have talked to (including supervisors) over the last 2 weeks should be fired! Its been almost 2 weeks and I am utilizing hot spotting on my cell phone to conduct work activities. I do not recommend Best Buy or their Geek Squad support for anything.... I am honestly looking for another resource to buy my electronics in the future. This company's quality standards has plummeted through the basement. Let the buyer beware! Best Buy is failing on every possible level of their business model in the name of wokeness. Best Buy/Geek Squad gets a big fat F grade!

I wondered around this store for several minutes. Looking at things and also try to get someone's attention. If someone is not willing to approach a customer, then it's obvious that they don't want to make a sailed. I even stood there and watched an employee play on his phone while I was trying to get help. Best Buy has gone downhill.

Purchased an iPad Pro for my husband as a Father's Day gift. I purchased it well in advance and paid in full. On the day of scheduled delivery (4 days before Father's Day) I received an automated email from Best Buy that the iPad will not be delivered until 3 days after Father's Day. The email address does not accept responses, only steers me to the pitiful Best Buy website.

Best Buy sucks now. They NEVER have anything in stock you want. They carry the top end items because they know a lot of people will just purchase those items instead of waiting for long ass delivery times with online orders. I went to purchase a gaming mouse that they have on display. The rep was actually really nice and looked up if they had it in the back. They did not and the closest store that had only 1 was 40 miles away! Here is an idea, Best Buy, don't have items on display that are out of stock! I really hate this company now.

Needed a new battery in an iPhone. Made an appointment online. The only question asked was what type of iPhone. "Chris" called to confirm the reservation and did not ask any other questions. When I got there, they said they could not replace the battery because instead of being at 79% battery life it was at 81%. They said I needed to go to a third-party sore. (Clue: Best Buy is a third-party store). I told him I had driven 45 minutes to get there. Why did they allow me to make an appointment if they couldn't replace the battery? --Blank stare--. I asked why when he called "Chris" hadn't asked about the battery if that was an issue. --Blank stare--.

I had the worst buy recently. I ordered a 3month prepaid Mint mobile phone card on Bestbuy.com. Since the nearest Best Buy store in my neighborhood didn't have this card in stock, and the Best Buy website claimed the store at Alliance Town Center had the card available to be picked up immediately, I chose to pick up the card at this store even though I had to drive 30 mins to get the card. However, when I was trying to activate the card after I got home, I was prompt to pay fees with my credit card. After talking to Mint Mobile support, I found out I was given an empty card without any cash value instead of a prepaid card. When I called Best Buy support, I was told I had to return this trash card to the same store to get refund/exchange since this is Best Buy Policy!!! When I asked Best Buy to confirm if the card I ordered was in stock at Alliance Town Center store, I was told NO, this card was out of stock. SO, I drove twice to this store with a total of 2 hours of round trips for NOTHING due to Best Buy's mistake and policy! How ridiculous!!!

The BEST BUY Apple rep had limited to no knowledge of the Apple MacBook M1 and M2. I suggest you contact the Apple Store or phone rep.

Would give 0 as well if I could. We placed a HUGE home entertainment order and they entered the delivery date for a month later than promised. We called back and they said some of the items were not in stock but they would deliver the other items sooner. They never called never showed up three times. Finally all the items were in stock they set another delivery date and they did not show up no call and no installation. After 2 months We are canceling the whole order and going elsewhere! Extremely poor customer service and bad business. You can't even speak with a member at the store. You are routed to a national call-center he just puts you on a eternal hold and passes you from department to department. After several hours you give up. Buy somewhere else!!!
