The customer service is the absolute worst! Today, dropped in looking for some work out clothes. Ended up finding what I needed, around $300 which goes a long way at Marshall's. Got to the Register and the lady ringing up the order just took the items off the hanger and wadded it up and put it in the bag. I asked her if I could just leave everything on hangers and she was like No and it was at that point I asked her if she would please fold the clothes neatly vs wadding them up. I was pleasant in the request but my RBF said it all. She thought I was rude. Frustrating!

I bought a bag of Ghirardelli Caramel squares which turned out to be crushed when I opened the bag. I took them back to the store within 3 hours. Unfortunately I lost the receipt, but had a picture of it. The manager said she could not accept a picture of the receipt for a food item, but would make an exception for store credit only. In the end, I got my money back for a defective product. Marshall's got their defective product back and had an angry customer walk out the door with a store card and without the product that they wanted and was on the shelf.

Was a pretty nice HGs selection! Got some good items and store was extremely organized. Employees were scattered throughout which I've actually have yet to see before. Was pleased with the selection but wish they wouldn't put away all of the normal goods for decorations. It then turns into and extremely limited selection.

I felt racially profiled just now as I returned 1 item, along with the receipt and ticket, which had fallen off, however, the other tags were attached. The young lady proceeded to get her scan wand, checking the information I gave her until I questioned her. Her response, we have to check. There was no need for the extra drama. I purchased this item on 5-17 and returned it today for 32.99 and purchased other items total 74.67. Do better. Don't treat me like a criminal

I hate this Marshall's the manager is a *%!$@ an the staff are also a@@%#&ls I will never go here again she made me feel so low because I have tats an look like I'm not from a well put family.... I'll pay the gas to go the extra mile to the other one.

They are putting items on the shelf that LITERALLY DO NOT WORK. The box of the item wasn’t in great condition so it was probably already returned….bc it didn’t work, and they still decided let’s put this back on the shelf?? There’s really no logic for that, this is the worst location from the service to the product.

As a reseller I frequent many many HomeGoods and Marshall’s in the area. This is by far one of my favs. I’m almost always guaranteed to walk out of here a couple hundred bucks poorer but a huge smile on my face. Always stockers stocking the shelves with more smiles for me.
