ZERO STARS, horrible experience horrid service. They asked if we wanted a refund then instead of doing that they charged us again. So they took $20 from us and then basically said oh well no remorse at all. I do NOT recommend this store at all!

So I came here with my boys we ate our food inside. I asked for a refill on my sweet tea and was told that they don't do refills. I thought if you did dine in that you got refills? The guy was rude, so ya, NO REFILLS WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!

I went to a job interview the gm was so rude I told her I use to work at Wendy's in Benbrook the McDonald's gm tells me she has better things to do then wait in line for 15 minutes for a Wendy's burger I was really shocked how could someone like her with such a sour attitude be gm .It shows the gm has been sour for a long time and nothing has been done about it.The Hispanic gm is a racist from the moment I sat down she didn't even want to shake my hand she wouldn't even allow me to tell her where I was currently working once I said Wendy's she crumbled the paper up and walked off.

I hate the new McDonald's store format. Really. I can't remember the last time I ate McDonald's at any location and was like, "Yeah, that's the stuff" and smiled before I took another bite.

Horrible customer service. So I ordered my food from the driv thru and got a burger for my daughter. Paid for it.. pulled up to the second window instantly my 5 year old decides she doesn’t want the burger. So I spoke with the lady working driv thru regarding a refund for the burger. I apologized and the lady said no problem. She went and told the manager, she comes back and tells me the manager won’t refund me. “Francine” Francis” is the manager. I asked for the manager directly and asked her why I couldn’t get a refund for a food item I never touched or anything. Francine asked “where’s my card” I handed it to her and she snatched it along with my receipt. First her hair is too long for her to not have it up and working around food. That’s disgusting! Second someone needs to work with her regarding customer service because she came to the window all wrong and disrespectful. This is one of the reasons I choose not to purchase from this area. Trust it won’t happen again

It took 10 minutes to get my food, when I went to sit all the tables were dirty, I went to the counter to get something to clean one but after waiting for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me I had to go to the restroom and get a tpaper towel.Later I went to the counter to get a refill and they told me no refills.This is not posted anywhere and I thought free refills was McDonald's policy.Do Not go here to eat.Avoid this restaurant.

The day crew always brings it. They have a smile on their face and their service is fast. Their GM Summer is really good about fixing any issues which may occur. Night crew lately could use some training but come back during the day they will make it right.

Had a terrible experience today. Made an online order and went through the drive through. Didn’t get what I ordered. Went inside and the lady laughed and then seemed upset with me that I was even asking for her to correct my order. She was terrible. Even other customers inside agreed that she didn’t care about my order.

I was at the front counter of the lobby waiting to be helped and I over heard a really rude comment come from the manger. She had told her employee she was sending her home because she was white. I know it was the store manger because I asked another employee who she was. The young lady She was being disrespectful to was a manger in training is what i was told. This is really uncalled for and should have never came out of her mouth. Really rude. Get it together McDonald's very disrespectful. I come here often I will never come back to a restaurant that speaks to there employees with such disrespect... Came in at 10:45 am .
