I replaced my inner tubes here only a couple weeks ago. My back tire has not been able to keep air for more than a week since.I called and got ahold of Eric.I enlightened Eric of my issue, and he soon interrupted me saying that “this is most likely not our problem as you could have ran over something causing a flat.”While this is somewhat fair, I only replaced my inner tubes with you recently, still have my receipt, and only have ridden the bike on pavement 4 times since replacement.I then asked Eric if I’m able to take my bike in a little before open or right after close (I work 100% during this location’s business hours) and was then not given any leeway. Quote from Eric “These are just our business hours, sorry.”My interaction with Eric made me feel devalued as a customer. Especially since this was something replaced not long ago, and am willing to furnish proof of purchase.As a fellow customer service worker and given as established of a bike shop this location is, I would expect only the top level of service from their employees.Bike Mart, you need to do better.

My bike tire had a leak so I stopped by Bike Mart. They were able to fix it on the spot and did not overcharge. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Will be returning in the future!

I have used bike maintenance services at Bike Mart Clearfork and have had great experiences. I just purchased my first bike (Specialized Globe Haul ST) from Bike Mart and worked with Celso P. and he and team have been incredible! I am so happy I purchased the bike from Bike Mart instead of purchasing it directly from the manufacturer. I am thankful for the team at Bike Mart and Erik and Celso have been so helpful!

A week ago I came in for a tube change they fixed it but my tire wasn't moving. I brought it back in a minute later, and they told me that it would go away eventually. It never went away so I brought it back in and they fixed it and they told me not to come back because they do not work on E bikes when they literally so E bikes there.

Friendly staff, but I came here to get a bike helmet over a month ago and still haven’t gotten it. First one they ordered was too small, so they had to put in an order for a size up. Zero communication or updates on the order, super slow. Wouldn’t recommend ordering anything through them, only buying what’s actually in stock.

Need to improve on communications delivery. I came in and the initial communication interaction was very abrupt, short, and dismissive. I understood the shop got busy but please treat everyone as if you were the customer.

During a gravel ride this morning I'd forgotten my helmet and I'd heard that the previous shop had changed hands hoping for some improvement in customer service, arrived in store some gentleman standing at the counter I don't know who he was didn't even say hi ,didn't acknowledge my buddy and I. Not that he was there to roll out the red carpet but basic pleasantries is usually a place to start. (Well just like the other shop) it's unfortunate the reviews online were good but this is just my opinion take with a grain of salt hopefully this is helpful. FYI ended up going to REI on my ride and even though they're a big box store at least they cared enough to ask me if I needed anything and check in on me just basic customer service stuff. If you can't get that right I struggle to justify spending my hard-earned money there.

I went in to redeem a gift card purchased when it was still Mello Johnny’s. Told as of November 15 these are no longer valid. Not understanding the logic of ceasing to honor these? It’s a small gesture that could built new customer loyalty. Disappointed at this business practice.
