Great customer service whether calling in or visiting the location and fair prices. Ron gave me a call after I rented a unit online to welcome me to Metro and go over any questions I had, which made me feel very appreciated. The facility is well kept, has 24/7 security cameras, and superb anti-theft locks. A million times better than Public Storage!!!

I won a storage unit from this place. They charge you a $100 cleaning fee, which I have no problem with. My problem is that they supposedly give you "48 hours" to clean the unit out but they don't disclose that they only allow you access from 9am-6pm until you have already won the unit. So in reality you don't have 48 hours to clean the unit out, you only have 16 hours. If they would've disclosed this information on the auction site, I wouldve never bid on this unit. The man and the woman there the day that I went to pay my invoice offered no kind of accommodation. We got there 40 mins before 6pm so we wanted to get as much as we could out of the unit since we had just learned that we only had access during business hours. At 5:55pm the man in the office comes out and yells at us from the entrance to go. Very rude, passive aggressive attitude and unprofessional. Do not bid on auctions from this place. I do not recommend them at all.

I had storage here for couple months and i had close expensive and shoes , amd when i come back to open the storage was incredibile all my close all my shoes are they ate rat they have here a lot of rat

Fantastic storage place! Eve is an absolute pleasure to work with and the prices, location, and accommodations simply can’t be beat. It was dead simple getting the unit, and it’s hard to overstate how kind the staff is, Eve in particular. Best in town!
