I will never go to this location again. I dropped my phones in the lake and came here to buy 3 phones. I've been with Metro for 10 years already and this man messed up my entire plan!! Without letting me know he suspended my account and made a new one with my old numbers and my payment jumped $50 AND I lost my Amazon prime!!! I didn't realize this until the other day when my old account finally conked out and I was trying to buy something on Amazon. I went to another location that was right by my work and they got it back my plan to how it was. Thank you Jesus! I wish I can give a zero star but there isn't an option for that.

I've been having really bad times with my phone devices in my tablet but every time I come to the store on Lancaster, I'm very satisfied. In fact, he offers great deals and other things he made my experience a lot better. I'm willing to drive to the Other Side of Town to Pay my Phone Bill at 26 Oh 1 Lancaster.Thank you, Sam. Your great salesman give him a raise in fact I hadn't went there I was so torn I have to go to the Lancaster w601 for perfect service

Recently I went into this location to cancel two tablet lines off my account. My account payment for the month was $150. Each tablet line was $15 each. I told the man to cacel the two, he stated that he did and that my payment due dropped to $140 . I told him that wasn't correct. He said hold on, then he said ok it's now $130 plus $5 in house fee. I then again i said NO thats not correct. I said forget it I will call 611 customer service. I call customer service and told them the same thing, so quick and easy. She then ok your balance due is now $120. I said finally done correctly. It was so simple 150 - 30= 120. This man at this location thought I was just some hispanic who didn't comprehend how things work and thought I would pay with out questioning the amounts.This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I feel they take advantage of people who don't speak or understand english very well.THEY TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME TWICE, AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I was assisted immediately as soon as I entered the store. The store was very clean. Liz took care of everything for me. I left happy with the phone. I will always come to this store and also bring my friends to the store too.Go look for Liz, she can get you good deals on the phone and the plans .I highly recommend this store
