Check your receipts.. they always just so happen to giveaway "free," phone covers and headphones but they always charge you for it without telling you.. Metro gives discounts on phones and they take the opportunity to use that discount to make more sales on your behalf.. so if a phone costs $200 and Metro gives you a $50 discount they add on $50 worth of accessories to make it $200 again.. so ask for a receipt before handing over your money because they will never give it back..

Employee Jerry was nice but sold me a new phone without a SIM card there wasn't able to mobile or data connection.
I Had to take the phone back to following day to even get the service on the new phone. Major inconvenience. A phone should be user ready when it leaves the store. Metro PCS has to do a better job.

Excellent service… went to get a new phone and Jerry helped me a lot. He transferred everything from my old phone to new one. He was very friendly and had a good attitude. The store was smelling nice and it was clean too.

I have the best experience in this store. The Guy Name Jerry is best guy. He helped me to get a brand new phone with my same number and reasonable price. My phone was really slow also he helped me to transfer all my data from old phone to new one. The gave discounts and free screen protector and case too. I recommend this to visit this store .The place is peaceful clean and smells good.

Worst experience ever, my mom went yesterday to get a copy of her account information and they charged her 59.00$ to get 4 pages printed off her account. This is such a rip off!!!!! Especially when we are paying customers!!!

when I went to pay my last bill, they told me that because I didn't pay the month before I had to pay and extra six dollars and I don't understand why, plus the only reason I didn't pay before was because the employee told me that if I paid at that time I would only get 20 days of service. and your employee offered to fight me. 8/14/19
