I was so closed to not purchasing a new phone there! However, Mr. Paul and his coworker was so kind to me; then in walked this lady. I asked Mr.Paul was she the owner because she went behind the counter. He said yes. Her energy was so negative. She didn't say hi nor did she smile. In fact, she was the same aggressive lady in the parking lot that didn't know how to park and had the nerve to mean-mug me...LOL. Anyway, I don't know about you all but I don't spend my money where I not respected! She better be glad Mr. Paul provided great customer service frfr. Oh yeah, there was another customer that came in who look dirty as if he had been fixing on cars. She didn't greet him either she didn't smile at him. In fact, she turned her nose up. This man had a pocket full of money and bought a phone from her place of business due to the kind service that was provided to him from her employees. My 5 star rate is for the customer service! And I'm not telling you what to do but if people don't respect you, you have the right to not spend your money with them.

I will only go to this Metro on 28th from now on. The gentleman that helped me and my Dad was Amazing. Very knowledgeable and went beyond his duty to make sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about the phone we got for my 90 yr old Dad. Great store, clean and the young lady with him was also the same

Friendly staff, but be sure and get a receipt, at all metro stores. Sometimes, it seems like they throw in extra charges that you don't know about

Blah, phone, blah, go here, go back there, GOTTA HAVE THE PIN blah. Then I walked into the metro on 28th, by Harry’s. I thought the chic might be frontin cuz she’s really easy on the eyeballs. Hell No! She was friendly, knowledgeable, generous with time. SHE HELD DOWN MY SCRATCH PAD CUZ IT WAS SCOOTIN AWAY. SHE ANTICIPATED MY OLD A&& not bein able to read off tiny serial numbers, wrote it big soz I could read it to the phone lady in my ear. Oh yes, she also offered, before I could ask, did I need to use the land line! The brothers at T mobile requested that I not bring my bike inside! It’s a target. It’s nice. Like Lamont gonna junk it up and make sure Fred makes a scene too. And, I asked to use the shop telephonic device. Can you guess what they said? Filth, flare, filth! You know. The young female METRO associates at 28 th street are helpful and fun to look at.

We we trying to get a phone transferred from MS to Texas. Lots of issues came up, but the 2 people working in this store kept at it and got us set up. Great job! Good attitudes the while time too.
