This was one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I don’t mean to sound like some kind of elitist, but the stupidity I experienced at this MetroPCS blew my mind.
Stay away from these idiots.
This was well-beyond a less than ideal experience.

The young female sales representative was too busy selling us her products to listen to what I needed from giving us new phones & numbers (not 1 phone, 1 tablet, Wi-Fi tower I asked for) she lied to my husband about being able to get old numbers back in next 30 days.

This location overcharged me on a phone, screen protector, and phone case by $110. They charged me 44.99 twice for wall plugs that I did not receive. They also charged me $29.99 for a 10 ft black charger cord that I did not receive. I was not given no receipt except for my debit card receipt. The location and metro pcs customer service refused to give me my money back.
