I brought in a phone that I had purchased at this store and explained to the sales associate that I had given it to my dad and wanted to have it reactivated for him to use on his account. The associate didn't even open the phone and said they wouldn't be able to because the phone wasn't 5g when in fact it is. She tried telling me that we would have to purchase a brand new phone. Take your business elsewhere. This location is only concerned with making a sell and not keeping a customer.

We returned our wifi box for a second time and now our account is suspended for being charged an activation fee. How do these people sleep at night . Why do we have to pay additional charges for defective products?

They do NOT give upgrade discounts to loyal customers anymore!!! They wanted me to pay FULL price or start a new line for a better phone. Since T-Mobile took over the loyalty program for longtime customers SUCKS!!!

I lost my phone Sunday Monday I go to this Metro store used to be a corporate store good place to go first thing out of my mouth I lost my phone I need to get a new one well I go to looking at the phones on display and they tell me they cannot sell me one of those phones only the Samsung or there's no name piece of junk so I had to purchase the phone long story behind that I was there by Uber I had to use it to get back home blah blah anyway I was taking advantage of they told me they can only tell me those two phones and then they tell me I cannot return the phone because purchased it as an upgrade I have filed complaints everywhere Metro ought to be ashamed the storage there to rip white people off

Just bought a new phone & was given “Free” accessories that were NOT at all free. Went to confront the girl who sold me the items & she deflected & got super defensive when I called her out on it. $250 worth of items were charged!! But the manager special provided these accessories for free & I didn’t know what i was talking about. SMH! I called the 3rd party who I’ve financed multiple phones with metro & they TOO confirmed she was charging me for them! Had the nerve to try to get loud & rude because she knew exact what she did. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the items I didn’t want in the first place! Free??? I should’ve known better! But she insisted & even put an item on my receipt that i never received. So I went ahead and took that item from her since I’m already responsible for it!! Be careful with them, they just want their little commission & don’t give a damn that you’re paying for it! Corporate had been called & i will be filing FRAUD charges. This one person can ruin it for everyone, any other representative was honest & up front! This little scam artist is not getting away with it too easy. DSG I’m coming for you too!! Your employee/family member is getting you sued!

Went into this branch office to activate new phone. Associate that helped me forgot to move the Sim card to new phone...I had to drive the 40 mile round-trip again to have this corrected. This is closest branch office to me so kind of a pain/out of the way. Alot of staff turnover.
