Although the man was nice he basically played in my face that resulted in me having to be otp with customer service for an hour fixing my plan. I only went to upgrade my phone and he changed my entire plan with all 3 lines. When dealing with someone else's money you need to be very clear and thorough. My plan went from 90 to 150 and he didn't say word. Didn't realize it until it was time to pay my bill that he changed my entire plan. Now I realize that "free" case that he gave me i in fact payed for it smh. Clear concise community goes a long way. Will not be visiting this location again.

I know I need a new phone . These 3 people are awesome Karina, Blanco, especially Abrar he took time to try and fix my phone. He knew I didn't really want to have to purchase a new one he worked on my phone for over 30 minutes trying to help me..in the end he gave my phone 6 months more life so I could afford a new one.i appreciate this kind of service my phone is over 4 years old..thanks to all three good attitude good energy..
