Trying to make a long story short I turned in a brand new tablet that I received in the mail I decided I didn’t want the tablet since it was so small thinking I could use my old tablet because it was bigger after finding out my tablet was to old to fiction I went back to tell them I wanted my tablet back I was told by the metro workers I couldn’t get it back I call Metro PCS I was told that it was a free tablet and all they was supposed to do is deactivate it I was told to go back up to the store and pick up the tablet and they would notate the account and reactivate the tablet I went back to the store keep in mind this happened all less then an hour I went back to the store explaining to them that My tablet was reactivate And that the account was notated for me to pick the tablet back up They all looked confused telling me to come back tomorrow I yelled tomorrow!!! Then I was told to wait, after waiting they tells me they no longer has my tablet that it was shipped out already Yeah right 😡 They are under Investigation due to the fact they wasn’t supposed to keep the tablet at all So basically my tablet was stolen

Terrible service! And they charge to give you an invoice that you pay yourself! Very bad attention! All day trying to get them to give me that so they would tell me that I had to pay $50

Went in recently to pay my bill and was rudely treated by the assistant manager...
He got very pushy trying to get me to take another tablet when I had one from my previous plan, then tried pushing another Samsung Galaxy A14 phone, then the internet, and finally, a Samsung watch.
I politely declined all the extras , Then he became adamant it would only be in his words, "Only a little extra for the additions on my bill. "...
I informed him several times that I was there to pay my bill and when he insisted I take the insurance or they would no longer accept my phone, which was purchased through the ACP program.
I've been a loyal customer for almost a year, and I don't appreciate pushy salespeople who obviously don't like Caucasians coming into their store...
And thinking they can pull a fast one and cater much faster service to the hot girls and minorities.
I reported this to customer service and was assured that this issue would be dealt with accordingly.
And what's up with the $5.00 "Service Fee" to accept a cash payment???
From now on, I'll be making my payment at another location.
I would give ZERO STARS if I could
And here's more drama from this wonderful location...
I discovered a $5.00 Mobile Data Top Up charge on my account, which I didn't authorize..
Went to this location and was told that by the same rude assistant manager that had to pay for the top up or my bill in full, which isn't due till the 24th of this month.
And there was "Nothing they could do," claiming it was my problem.
I've already filed 2 complaints against this location with customer support and will be taking my business elsewhere to another phone carrier.
And the drama continues at this location...
On 6-20-24, I went into this location to pay my bill and encountered two reps playing Good Cop / Bad Cop routine trying to push another TCL tablet, Samsung smart watch, and Internet...
Then a Galaxy A15 5G, which was "Much better than the piece of crap Galaxy A14" phone, which I had declined repeatedly.
Then they got pushy with the phone insurance, and they informed me they could add or subtract anything to a customers account without their
permission.
I have filed 3 complaints with corporate and the BBB regarding these high-pressure and unethical business practices.

All they want to do is sell plus they change the plan so we have to pay 30 more dlls by month they lie to us on that way they try to force you to buy stuff u don’t need cases are overpriced and smells bad they need to some about that

Had brief trail period of service I love the Samsung Galaxy A15 if that is a correct reference check. Love the Samsung Brand and Texas Mobile wireless was an experience as well I recall the team members name which is Sean.

Please do not go to this place if you can avoid, please do I to another place of business.
it's a shady deal when you are forced to change your number because you need a new phone ,ask to pay 107.07 to replace a broken phone.
It a shame in that neighborhood that a customer is taken advantage. Long story short Sam( I don't think thats his name)
Was difficult and insisted that phone number would have to be changed for a decent deal.That didn't make sense at all.He ask for a extra 100.00 to switch number back to another new phone. We were persistent so he ended up accommodating and he wasn't pleased at all.Please be wise if you do business at this location.
The guy Sam? Actually ended up accommodating us after very long accusations of what we considered shady deal.He explained he was was going into his pockets to fix the phone number change he made to give me a cheaper deal

Never ever again. I came in to buy a phone and Amas couldn't figure out the smart pay so I did it on my busted phone. Then he was still having trouble so he asked me to sit down while I was waiting he took another customer just stopped working on my issue and the manager and other guys working just laughed. He also spent 30 minutes trying to convince me to buy another phone and change my number. I explained I am a tax preparer and cannot change my number. I asked if it was too much to do I could just leave he said no let me finish with my customer and I'll take care of you!?!?!?! Are you serious worst customer service I've ever had at Metro and let's be honest it's NEVER BEEN GREAT!!!
