Always friendly always helped me with our phones well was told on 3/1 we no have phone what? Told me I needed to get a 400 + phone nope went to the one on Crowley Rd guess what? I got a phone in my price range great service there was in and out in 20 minutes thank you Rudy 5 stars for that store

Didn’t have the charger I was looking for, or the box for the chargers that the store does sell… but the customer service was great. She was very nice and I felt very comfortable in the store. 10/10 would go again (just not for that specific charger lol)

Went in today, 7.21.21 and was outright lied to about the process of changing sim cards to another phone. She lied and said it would cost $22 dollars to do so because they would need to change something in the network to get the new phone to work. Apparently NONE OF THAT IS TRUE! Simply pop the sim card in the other phone and it's done.She told me to go to a different store or call customer service and maybe they can waive the fee. She clearly just didn't want to be bothered.How someone Ike that has a customer service job is beyond me. This establishment is doing a great disservice to themselves by keeping her on staff. By reading the comments I'm not the only one to think this. I think her name was Elizabeth. Who ever she is they need to get rid of her. She's clearly willing to lie to customers to avoid doing any extra work. Smdh...
