We went yesterday afternoon about half an hour before closing and the woman who was there was very rude and very negative about everything we were requesting. She denied us activating an account with five iPhones (what was her problem if we did it? We were going to pay And also when we said it was okay and we would grab the other phones that were on promotion for free and then we would activate our own devices he said that they didn't have to tell us that we won't sell them to them that way) ?? That has nothing to do with her if we are the ones who are going to pay for the activation and we all have the right to carry our own phones and it is something that customer service also gave us in favor of again they apologized for the terrible attitude of that woman . I do not understand her bad attitude and she said that it was not possible that they only accepted two iPhones per account to which she lied because today I spoke to customer service and they apologized for this woman she said that is not true and that this woman lied to us so Which one am I reporting this to whoever this information is useful to, don't go to that store, this woman is not helpful at all.

The guy that was there Monday morning had quality service. I was being a hard customer . Over all . Glad he was able to provide customer service Thanks.

Was having issues processing my payment through the metro app and I went into the store and the girl was nice enough to help me out and she also helped me out with other issues I was having with my phone... recommend you ask for Karla. Very helpful!!!!

I had broken my phone and I needed a replacement phone ASAP! I completely forgot my account pin and everything. The rep was nice enough to reset my pin and activate my phone. She was very helpful!!!!

I bought a phone and a case at this location. The case selection was not that great. So I picked the best looking one from the higher priced cases. It lasted a few hours and started coming apart from just putting it in and taking it out of my pocket. I tried to get an exchange for a cheaper gel case and they would not help me. I was told I'd have to buy another case at full price. My suggestion to you is save your money and buy a quality case from Amazon. The phone is great by the way.

Absolutely ZERO stars of I could. This is supposed to be a corporate store but yet, multiple times I went there looking for phones and chargers, and both times had none, plus the staff was rude and professional. What happened to customer service? I'm so glad I shop at this store.

It's alright, you just have to wait forever for customer service sometimes. I've left a couple of times from waiting too long!
