Ryan was great , very friendly listened to all of our needs and he took time to make sure that each one of us was satisfied with what we were looking for. He was very patient with us and made sure that we got every promotion or discount or whatever was going on so we weren't overpaying for anything he was so great he even pulled one of us from a different carrier and got us a family plan that we're all very satisfied and definitely not overpaying anything. By the time we left we were a very happy family even my 7 year old was very happy with him,with her and her new tablet. So I highly recommend anybody who has any questions about any carrier or a phone or any kind of questions about that I highly recommend you stop by giving Ryan a very quick visit and he will let you know all of the information that you're looking for!

Arrived at the store at 750 p.m. and the door was locked . It clearly states they're open till 8:00 on the website and on the sign on the door the male worker inside just looked at me motioning they were closed.

I will never buy from there again. Paid $800 for them to only give me a phone with a "brand new" phone with problems. The last even had the nerve to say, if If you have any problems you have a year warranty with apple. If she knew there was something wrong with it before I bought it she should not have sold it to me. They are all about money

I'll make this quick, "I can't speak for all the employees there, but there is one, that will steal, hustle you out of a extra few dollars. I caught her lil hustle before I made it back to my ride, and went back for my money, she saw me coming back in, her eyes ?. Got my money back.

Great customer service, I switched 4 lines and at one point there where 3 persons working on my phones activation and setting them up. they were awesome.
