Have never had so much trouble at a Metro PCS before. Was here for 3 hours to get a new phone. Took an hour to get the new phone, then another hour plus to try and get it to update, then an almost an hour for the refund. The you lady was super nice but cannot say as much for the 2 gentlemen that were working with her. I have had better/faster customer service at the locations located in the seedy part of town than I did here. Nice and clean store but the rest was trash. The brand new phone would not even work properly. Will not be back nor will I EVER recommend this Metro PCS location. You will be spoken to like you are a child and products are obviously not up to par. Oh and you better be ready for a wait!

Nice location, clean store. There were 2 employees on duty when I went in for a new phone, one other customer was leaving. The salesperson I spoke to was calm and patient and took time to answer questions and help me set up some things on my phone. Very cordial attitude. It was a positive experience, I would use this store again. People can research pricing, plans and phone options online before they go in.

The workers are very slow and do not care about the crowd of customers. If you just want to pay, you have to wait an hour.

Sarcastic, condescending guy at the desk had an attitude from the start. He kept interrupting me while I tried to explain the issue I was encountering after being helped there the previous day. I'm not sure if he was the guy who originally helped me but I doubt it since the guy who originally helped me was not rude at all. And of course rude guy assured me that it was not him who previously helped me "we don't all look the same." My problem was not resolved but leaving that store was sweet relief. I usually go to the location on Mansfield hwy and I've never been disrespected there.

NOPE NOPE NOPE THIS STORE HAS BEEN REPORTED FOR THEFT & FRAUD! WE BOUGHT, FINANCED & PAYED OFF A PHONE & IT KEPT BREAKING. WENT IN TODAY & THEY- THE 2 MEN & ONE FEMALE THAT SOLD IT TO US SAID WE DIDN'T BUT IT THERE??? I HAVE RECEIPTS WITH THEIR STORE INGO ON IT!!!!! CROOKS ARE SELLING BROKEN PHONES UNDER THE TABLE SMH. I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER TEN YEARS NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT ALWAYS ON TIME. THIS STORE IS TRASH. THAT FEMALE TRIED TO SELL ME A PHONE & IT DIDN'T SOUND RIGHT, SURE ENOUGH I GO TO ANOTHER ONE & THEY HAD THE CORRECT ANSWERS & PRICES SMH

If I could give this store negative stars. I would. I drive for another city after i called they told me a prize for a phone then I drive her and the double the prize when I am o Lu adding a line to my current 4 line plan. Honestly this location is a rip off. Stay away from this location !! Taking advantage of customer because they think we have no knowledge of there servíces and promotions

Everyone at the metro on hulen ft worth tx was very helpful & polite & knowledgeable! I have been a metro customer for many years now & have always been satisfied with them. That keeps me coming back.
