If I could give 0 stars I definitely WOULD!! THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE CROOKS AND INCOMPETENT!! Went into the store to purchase a phone for my daughter for Christmas. In the conversation I asked why my husband was not able to access his free Amazon prime but I always could. The associate, Faruq, kept trying to convince me to pay $500 for an old Iphone 11 just so he could move old inventory. Since it was my daughter's first phone I was ok with doing the 12 as it is 5g. Note the iphone 11 will be unsupported in the next year which was another reason. He made changes to my plan completely WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, changed my Metro 8 digit passcode due to saying "it was bad"??? Then did not ask me what I wanted it changed to just told me its XXXXXXXX and did not write it down. He did not ever provide me with my daughter's phone number. I thought all of this was in the bag yet there was nothing not even a receipt.. So $530 I paid BUT I soon found out WHY he didn't. He changed my plan without consent now increasing my bill by $60!!!! Added insurance yet agajn without my permission. Call Metro PCS to make a complaint on the store and was then told I COULD NOT HAVE MY PLAN BACK NOR MY AMAZON PRIME!!! Can anyone tell me why I would be ok with losing a feature that costs $14.99/ mo AND also pay $60 more just for adding a line????? Ridiculous and completely unprofessional and NO COMPANY should conduct business this way!!! I have been with Metro for 10 years or more and have NEVER had an experience like this!!! You cannot just do whatever you want to and not so much as ASK nor even advise the customer just to make a sale!!! The store should be shut down completely and I will be leaving Metro FOR GOOD once my daughter's phone is unlocked!!!!

My son took his new iphone to activate. We have a grandfather family plan. The guy changed his plan to a higher plan and added insurance. Later that night his new sim card rejected his number and phone. We had to go to the main store on Hulen to have things reversed. If I knew the name of the 1st person, I would file a complaint.

I went here because the last time I was over here it was considered a corporate store so I went there to try to get my cell phone back on and just the cell phone only and they told me that since it's got a tablet attached to it that I need to pay for both but I don't want the tablet on because the tablet's broken and it's not insured just like my phone was and I replaced my phone recently right when my phone was due and I had to pay a $26 fee on top of that a month and a half ago I only paid $10 I'm trying to figure out why I went from $10 to $26 and I shouldn't have to pay for that because I paid for my phone through my insurance to stay active and according to their piece of paper that comes with the phone that's provided by T-Mobile through that company called assurance they don't honor that and the only corporate office is way over in Mesquite so I'm turning my phone off through them and I'm going through Walmart which is only $55 instead of paying $80 which makes way more sense and by the way they were very rude there it seemed like they all they were worried about was trying to make some money I understand you commission base but there's no room to be rude to a customer and on top of that I've been a customer for approximately 10 years maybe I should have stayed at that and maybe they would understand cuz they were barely of age to even understand what I was talking about and it seem like they knew exactly what to do and before this happened it happened again at another store a day or two ago and there was an employee that responded telling me to talk to him through email I sent him an email he never responded so evidently it's not just the people who work there the people who are doing the emails too

I go to the Metro T Mobile on Hulen by the Mall. Excellent service! All the time! Everyone working there are helpful and very nice. I have been with This Metro for at least 17 years since I got my first phone

These people are scammers!!! I had a $55 home internet plan and my regular $50 service plan ... I pay my bill every month on the 20th . Due to live changing issues I decided to return my home internet 2 days before my initial due date the store Manager Shariq Anis said I would have to pay the last payment of $55 before returning the device which I thought was odd but there was already a line of people waiting so I said okay whatever ... I asked for my receipt and he said it would be texted to me which it never came . I was already upset so I just left ... I called the 611 number and explained the situation... the Customer Service Representative explain that I shouldn't have paid any type of money for returning a home internet device because the service is paid for when you make the initial payment on the 20th and because I was still in within my 30day already paid cycle . I didn't need to pay anything cause I returned it before the next prepaid service.. she basically was saying I got scammed out of $55 please do not make the mistake I did and pay close attention to what they tell you and try to scam you for

Ali at this store went above and beyond to help my sister when other metros we went to was trying to give her the run around. He worked with her and helped her get what she needed. I'm am very very satisfied with the services we received. He is an overall great person I would give more stars if it allowed me.
