These people are scammers!!! I had a $55 home internet plan and my regular $50 service plan ... I pay my bill every month on the 20th . Due to live changing issues I decided to return my home internet 2 days before my initial due date the store Manager Shariq Anis said I would have to pay the last payment of $55 before returning the device which I thought was odd but there was already a line of people waiting so I said okay whatever ... I asked for my receipt and he said it would be texted to me which it never came . I was already upset so I just left ... I called the 611 number and explained the situation... the Customer Service Representative explain that I shouldn't have paid any type of money for returning a home internet device because the service is paid for when you make the initial payment on the 20th and because I was still in within my 30day already paid cycle . I didn't need to pay anything cause I returned it before the next prepaid service.. she basically was saying I got scammed out of $55 please do not make the mistake I did and pay close attention to what they tell you and try to scam you for

BEWARE! The entire staff are pathological liars, who charge your credit card for items you didn't ask for or get. They lie about everything and will try to rip you off. They sell items like covers you can buy from T-Mobil for $19.00 for $59.00, charges from a T-Mobile that sell for $10.00 for $49.99. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! For real!!!!!

Coverage is absolutely horrible in DFW. Cheap phones, cheap plan but you'll pay for it. We've tried every carrier and PCS is by far the worst.

Absolutely ZERO stars of I could. This is supposed to be a corporate store but yet, multiple times I went there looking for phones and chargers, and both times had none, plus the staff was rude and professional. What happened to customer service? I'm so glad I shop at this store.

Metropcs horrible. You end up buying products every year. phone, tones. i purchased a phone, the very next day i took the phone back because it's slow, i have to push the button several times before any thing happens. then the phone freezes up. So i purchased the phone at 10am left store at 1045am. the next day i go to store at 11am and they play with the phone and tell me they cant exchange the phone because they cant duplicate the error. What i have never heard of anything like that. I will have to talk to manufactuer. REALLY!!. then my tones, i have had them exchanged twice and 3 months from the last exchange they stop working again. I go back to the store and i have to contact manufactuer. The customer serivce is blah. the prodcuts are eff'n horrible. So now i am waiting on Lg to send me a pair of Tones and i have to go into a samsung store to have my phone replaced. Needless to say I will be change carriers.
