Call this location and the manager answer just saying hello with out a proper greeting. I was calling to get a quote for an upgrade , I wanted the moto g which is 189 plus activation 25 and she also mention I HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW SIM CARD. I mention I had a SIM card, and she processed to talk over me explaining to me in a rude manner that I had to pay for a some card another 15 dlrs more. This manager was so rude and don’t recommend this store. She’s was rude and unprofessional speaking to customers.

Bhanu is my new best friend!! I’ve had more than a few occasions to need his services, and he always delivers…..over and above expectations. Whether it’s finding me a cheaper way to go or getting more bang for my buck, he always comes through. I refuse to go anywhere else. Why would I, Bhanu treats me like family.

He answered the phone when I called, I was able to get me a new phone quickly and turned on, help me transfer the apps and look for a case. All of this while entertaining a polite but insightful conversation. I left with a new phone and a broader world view.

I think a few of the workers there are stealing information, or trying to... There's no way after paying a bill where service is suppose to reset on data, instead, data going in and out or phone not connecting or have Internet service ..... Then come to find out you have a second line you have no idea of..Then don't want to respond when asked what's going on with a service you paid for, they don't want to give any answers.... I am pissed ?

Amazing customer service, dealt with Bhanu, very nice guy, friendly, kind and funny. I liked that he was very honest, gave me an amazing deal on my phone case and screen protector with the phone. 5/5 ⭐ I highly recommend this location.
