My daughter n law went to get two tablets got the wrong ones. Went to return them the lady that was there said couldn't do it. I call the metro office , they said you have 14 days for return. So we go back to the store the lady said she didn't make enough money to do a refund. Told to return the next day . So we did of course she wasn't working. We return the next day after we talked to the main. Office again saying we were to go and get a refund. The lady was at work and still stalling about our return. So she comes up with so much bullshit. We settled. I am so disappointed in service and the tablet. I'm disappointed in two different storylines. I always had excellent everything with metro. This time there's no winning. Going to cancel service for the tablet even tho it was a free tablet it sucked. Isn't the one we went for . For now I refuse to use that store again. I can't believe Free was such a hassle. They got my $20.00 then turned around and charged me again on my bank draft. So nothing was free.

The employee at the store named youmna has added samsung tablet to my account but she didn't give me the tablet and she messed up my cousin's account as well and she lied to my cousin about the plans and claimed that her name is Rosy. I'm never going back to this store, worst service ever..

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Youmna and my experience at this Metro by T-Mobile. She was SO sweet, kind, helpful, understanding, patient and everything about the entire visit was absolutely wonderful. I purchased what I came to purchase and she went above and beyond to make the entire transaction as amazing as possible. Anytime I visit a store, I will undoubtedly visit this location as see Youmna. Thank you, Youmna!! You are awesome! :)
