Want ever get my time or service ever again. Went in to have a phone from insurance activated to be told that it was a fee smh. I told her the one on Camp Bowie by CiCi Pizza did it for me before. I only went here because it was close to me, but the other one was not that far. Took my service to the other one and she did not hesitate to get me together. The young lady here was also taking a call while helping another customer who was trying to get help with his daughter phone, he was heated. I do not recommend this location, stay far away.

I DO NOT recommend this store or any store affiliated with this place.. They are crooked and fraudulent.. I will never pay them another dollar. They are liars and cheats.. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

This place is as shady as all get out...They sold me a phone that quit working less than 10 days after I purchased.. The exchange policy States on receipt that but can be exchanged within the first 14 days of purchase if there are any manufacturer defects. At first he tried to say that I had water damage.. But it didn't. When that didn't work he claimed that there was actual damage on the back side..the phone was in a case from the minute I had purchased it..Another false statement..we have been metro customers for over 10 years.. Here I am stuck with a phone that won't even turn on..I will keep demanding a new phone or a refund.. After my month is over I will be leaving metro PCs for good and taking everyone I can with me as well as reporting to the BBB. will then let them deal with my attorney. I am livid over this.. Metro sales people practice deceptive and corruptive business and I have proof of it..do yourself a favor and think twice before you take your business to them. At least go down the road to another one.. You'll be glad you did...metropcs stop the crooked business that's going on.
