Great location! Paul was more than helpful and went above and beyond for me with my purchase of a new phone and tablet! Additionally, my Facebook had been hacked and I tried for many months to rectify the situation to no avail. Paul was able to recover my information and I am grateful 🙏 Definitely 5 stars 🌟 BETTER CALL PAUL!

If only I could 0 stars. This place is trash. Trash service. I brought my number over trying to get the promotion that’s online and posted in store. Guy told me they didn’t have any promotions at the time. Me needing a phone asap. I got one anyway. Well, that didn’t say right with me so I tried to go back and redo the transaction and he says I’m already a metro customer so I don’t apply for any promotions. It’s a whole mess. They need a fire the guy that works at the front desk. I seen other reviews with the same issue

This place is a scam. Came in from another cellphone carrier . I wanted the promotional phone. Associate activated my old phone. When I asked about the new phone price he told me that is for new clients only. Once I asked him to reverse charges and said he can’t “what’s done is done “. We went back and forth and he was yelling at my in another language: he ended up calling his boss when I told him I was calling the cops. He called manager spoke in another language. Manager got on phone and literally lied. The next morning I woke up and my service was tuned off by the store. Scam. Customer service no help since privately owned

Terrible experience when shopping for an upgrade for the moto edge 2024. Price was showing as $300, and person there advised me it would be $400. After I asked for a breakdown of the fees she then brought it down to 380. I still advised her I would be getting the phone but I needed an itemized receipt to see where the fees were coming from and she said that I would be getting it at the end once the transaction went through. After she handed me the phone she just gave me the credit card receipt and said that that's all she had to give me. I advised her I would be filing a complaint and she said go ahead. Terrible experience I will be filing a report.

I was told by customer service that I can return a phone two weeks after I bought it as long as its still in the same condition. When I get there the sales person pretends like he was doing looking up things when he was talking to me and then calls someone and he was speaking to him not in English. He did not call customer service. He tells me his store owner doesnt do returns on phones if it went over 2 gigs. I was so mad due to feeling he was lying and I did say you are lying to me and I left. I called customer service and they told me that I could go back with them on the phone to let them explain to the sales person about the refund. I wanted the refund but because I got so mad when I was there I decided not to go back there. I dont recommend this Metro location. Its a shame that all Metro locations arent following Metros policies.

There's a sign on the door that says back in 5 minutes. I've been here waiting for 20 and still nobody has returned. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
