If I could do less than 1 star, I would.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE STILL ON YOUR ORIGINAL PLAN WHEN YOU LEAVE!!!
I went in to get a new phone. When I told the lady at the counter this, she said ok, pulled up my account, and said I had an upgrade available. I said ok, picked my phone, paid around $200 for the phone, activation fee, the usual...
Little did I know that she changed my entire plan that costs double what I have been paying since 2014. SHE NOT ONCE MENTIONED THAT MY PLAN WOULD CHANGE!
When I found out my bill had doubled, which I found out through the automated text about my bill coming up, I immediately called customer service, got them to change my plan back, but said I had to go back to the store for any kind of credit or whatever to get the bill back down to normal.
I got there, talked to the same lady again, and was told she had to change my plan to get the upgrade, but that they would just change it back later....
That sounds super dishonest and scammy. Ultimately she said I would need to call customer service again and that she couldn't do anything about it 😑.
When I called customer service again, I finally got 2 people that actually sounded like they were from America that I could understand fully. They made sure everything was back to the way it was and even actually explained the other charge on the account that was only going to be there for this one bill. They got it sorted out for me and all is good now.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with them. Really how hard is it to answer your phone? Open until however late, you most likely get zero customers due to these reviews, and yet you can’t answer a phone? Haven’t been inside the place but I’ve rode past it a couple times, I see the workers on their phones 24/7.. place is pretty rundown, and is on the corner of the street. Wouldn’t be surprised if y’all went out of business, anyways thanks for your non-efforts T-mobile.

2nd time I've been to this location and worker shows up to open at least 15 minutes late. 10 a.m is not too early for someone to show up to work.
All MetroPCS stores in Ft Worth are poorly run and probably owned by same family

Be cautious when going here. They’ll charge your card more but give you a receipt with a lower amount paid. Scam. We can remember the guys name but it starts with an H

A horrible experience in that store. I just went to pay for my phone and they had me 30 minutes to do it, which they added two tablets that I don't have and much less asked me if I agreed. VERY BADLY

-5 stars. Went in for a simple 'change my number' request and was told that I get a free TCL 8 tablet for being a loyal customer of 10 years, only a one time $15 charge. Was then charged $15 the next month and when I called for more info, I am paying $15 additional a month for the service of the tablet. I go into the original Metro store to cancel this added line since I already have internet service with a different provider. The guy in the store told me he did not have the 'access' to cancel any lines. Told me I needed to call customer service to cancel as they are the only ones with the 'access'.Long store short, spent half a day with 3 different customer service agents (the metro guy hung up on the first one) to be told that they could not cancel on their end due to an error and that I can go to ANY metro store to cancel as they have much more access then customer service line does.I will be cancelling ALL my services due to this horrible, time wasting experience which i'm still trying to have resolved.

My whole experience was awful. I've been a metro customer for over a decade never been treated as just a sale. I came in with my old broken phone and was made to get a new number because I didn't have two lines for myself, which I think is silly since it's just me why would I have two lines. Ive have had the last phone number for 3 years and broke a couple phones and never had to get a number.since it was been awhile for me to get a phone I was looking at the upgrades which I was no longer qualified for because I'm being made to change my number get a whole new account again. He was doing retail price and throwing "discounts as an employee " he said to make me feel better? Which I didn't have money for retail price. I was looking for and upgrade not a downgrade which what I had to accept due to not having enough founds. Now I'm having to change everything to new number and I can't operate with a 5g network. I was forced to get a 4g phones and now what I do for work the fast network I needed I can't get. I'll be leaving metro once I get my month of service. I'm very upset having to get a whole new account again. Unfortunately I have to at least put one star to post. Otherwise 0 don't go here. Metro normally doesn't make you lose your number if you have only one line and you break a phone. Who hasn't broken a pho e. Should be able to just upgrade? Or am I wrong?

The gentleman that has been in there the last couple times I’ve been in is wonderful. He’s very helpful, very nice, and will do what he can to help you with any problems you may have. I witnessed him help another customer today and it was amazing. He’s great.

Came in to transfer high security account line from one phone to another, as it wasn't working through the online portal. Was told my only option is to call 611, and then after calling and holding, told an in-store option does exist - but for $25.Why even have a storefront?

No Data. I was a Sprint customer for 10 years who wanted a new phone. I ended up with 3 lines and no data. I couldn’t get emails, couldn’t use the navigation couldn’t use the internet. $140 a month for just calls and text. I went back to the store paid 2 restocking fees since I thought it was the phones. The data worked for a day went back paid another restocking fee since my husband didn’t want anything to do with t-mobile. I spent 10 hours on the phone with customer service in one week trying to resolve the issue of no data. It worked for a week now I’m back to square one with no data. As a realtor I need to use the navigation and have access to the internet I don’t think that’s too much to ask? Today I was in the middle of no where trying to get to my daughter and I had no service to navigation to her. They still haven’t fixed the issue and I have houses to show tomorrow and have to use a paper navigation and I can’t switch companies until I pay off the phone since I have to keep my phone #
