Don't normally go to this store for service because of a previous experience but decided to do so last month. Thought I was getting a deal after they fixed my bill and I even purchased a phone. They told me in order to secure my rate I needed to pay this month's bill in advance, which I did. For the 5+ years I've been a customer, I've always had my bill on auto pay and even after paying this month's bill on January 28th, the system was still trying to take money out of my account. I called customer service and they said they only saw my payment for January in the system and advised me to go back to the store to handle the situation. Went back with my receipt and the associate had to FaceTime the associate I dealt with that day just for him to tell me to come back 2/23/25 so that they can fix it since that's the day my bill is originally due. Went back on the 23rd just to be told to come back when my account is suspended because they couldn't do anything until then. Went back today and the associate tried to change my phone plans on my four lines. Once I explained I came only for them to post my payment on my account and nothing else, he did something in the system that says my bill will be over $300 next month but if I come back to their store when my bill is due, they will be able to fix it. THIS IS THE FIRST THAT I'VE EVER BEEN LIVID WITH METRO AND THEIR SERVICE

Every time I come to this store it's always some shady/sketchy stuff going on. They never want to help and add extra fees to simple requests. When I go to the METRO down the street, they are quick to help and so eager. When I come here, they give me spiked prices and the run-around. They need new employees here or at a manager on staff at all times.

Don't go to this place they rip you off they give you a phone and tell you that they're going to give you a phone cover for free and then on top of that charge you extra for everything for a free phone which came out to be like $70 which wasn't free the activation should have been only $15 these people do not know how to run a business they need to be reported to the better Business bureau so now I have a phone that I can't turn off for 90 days because I supposedly bought a phone for free that I have to keep on for 90 days ridiculous

I got my phone and service, which are awesome. I recommend this company for prices and connectivity. I went with Spectrum recently and that was a very big mistake. They cant match what you get here.

Went in last month to get my husband a new phone for his birthday. His had went wacko a few days before, the customer service is AWESOME! They were very friendly, patience, and helpful with my husband who could not really decide what he wanted, our go to Metro.
