Every time I come to this store it's always some shady/sketchy stuff going on. They never want to help and add extra fees to simple requests. When I go to the METRO down the street, they are quick to help and so eager. When I come here, they give me spiked prices and the run-around. They need new employees here or at a manager on staff at all times.

Don't go to this place they rip you off they give you a phone and tell you that they're going to give you a phone cover for free and then on top of that charge you extra for everything for a free phone which came out to be like $70 which wasn't free the activation should have been only $15 these people do not know how to run a business they need to be reported to the better Business bureau so now I have a phone that I can't turn off for 90 days because I supposedly bought a phone for free that I have to keep on for 90 days ridiculous

I got my phone and service, which are awesome. I recommend this company for prices and connectivity. I went with Spectrum recently and that was a very big mistake. They cant match what you get here.

Went in last month to get my husband a new phone for his birthday. His had went wacko a few days before, the customer service is AWESOME! They were very friendly, patience, and helpful with my husband who could not really decide what he wanted, our go to Metro.

By far one of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. on 9/23/2018 the store located at 6605 Meadowbrook Dr was late to open, there were customers waiting and when the employee of this authorized dealer arrived, she breezed past us, never acknowledged anyone of the waiting customers, unlocked the door and walked in allowing the door to close behind her and closing in our faces. We followed behind her and came into the store.... we sat in silence both the customers and the employee, never an I apologize for being late, how may I help you.... NOTHING! Finally individuals began to leave, including myself, but before leaving a left her with a few kind words seeing how I manage a group in customer service for a very large hospital in the the DFW area. these words were short and simple.You could've at the least apologized or even said hello. So on today I've made a conscience decision to never do business or spend money with this locate again, and I'm also encouraging my 65 family members, my friends and whoever else will listen to not support rude behavior or customer service. You are a paying customer, without you monitory support there will be no rude employees to live off of you dime. On a brighter note I drove maybe 4 blocks to another authorized dealer who greeted me, offered me a better deal on my service (seeing how I've been a customer for 12 years) and gave me a punch card to receive a free item, due to me paying 4 cell phone bills on yesterday. Respectfully, A very disappointed, ex loyal customer of this location

This Is a pretty busy location. They sell phones and accessories along with a few tablets. The staff are friendly but they always seem to rush me out the door but I understand they are just trying to take care of everyone as soon as possible.

They tried to over charge me, i purcheased a phone and after 2-3 days went here with some problem and they wer forcing me to buy new phone or asked me to go to differnt store for warranty... very rude staff worst store ever
