This store is terrible they added a line to my account without my consent I went back to get it fixed and the store manager switched my plan instead of taking off the line for a tablet I didn’t have or was given to me. Even after I repeated many times to take it off he pretend it like he did by switching my plan to something I didn’t ask for. I had to call customer service myself to get it fixed. That store manager is a scam and wanted to act like he was new. Also the phone I got came with a free little speaker he grabbed it off the shelf and put it under his desk instead of giving it to me but I didn’t care bc it’s a cheap speaker. SCAAAMMMMM

This store is a scam. They added a line to my account without my consent. If it wasn't because I went to another store and asked why my bill was high just to find out they added a phone I don't have in my account. The other store I went helped me so I wouldn't switch over. Steer away from this location before they scam you too. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I gave three stars ? due to rude conversation on the phone Metro itself I like the company the lady I talk to on the phone need to know how to speak to potential customers had she been little more friendly id sign up that day

Place looks like it needs major repairs but ladies are awesome and provide great customer service. It's awful to see how badly these ladies get treated by customers despite their great service.
